Specify the Client Name to which the PSR is conducted Specify the Stream Name for which PSR is conducted Specify the Project Id (PIN) Specify the start date of the period for which PSR is getting prepared Specify the end date of the period for which PSR is getting prepared Specify the date when the PSR is conducted Specify the person name who has done the Project Status Review. Deliverable can be Product/ Enhancement (PIN) / Service IT No / Work Product / Document. Specify the Actual Start date And Actual End Date of the Deliverable.
