1A. Was this your first experience of an NVQ? Did you find it challenging?: Fairly Additional Comments: Most of the modules were well related to my day to day activities and it was quite easy to collect evidences.

Very much Additional Comments: I was a complete theoretical person before I started my KTP and I am a full fledged Manager now. I think It has helped me to widen my views from a lab to an Industry. 1C. If you had the opportunity to undertake another NVQ on a different topic, would you do it? 2A. How many NVQ Assessment meetings did you have with your Assessor? Additional Comments: Eight (8) in total. We usually planned a meeting just before the LMC.

2B. Was your Assessor easily accessible? Did you find your Assessor: Very good Additional Comments: It was convenient as Philippa lived only few miles away from my factory. She was supporting well with frequent emails and phone conversations.

2C. In your opinion, did you receive sufficient support from your Assessor? Please rate the support as: Very good Additional Comments: I had starting trouble collecting evidences and Philippa helped me a lot with the same. She also assessed my work and gave me frequent feedback.

4A. Have you already applied for, or do you plan to apply for full Member status at CMI? Will not apply I wasnt offered a position at the company due to the economic turmoil and had to return to my country.
