Training: In consultation with HODs, identifying skill gaps of the employees about the particular key positions/jobs, preparing training calendar and arranging in house and external training

programs to bridge the skill gaps, evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs as per the schedule. Wage Settlements: Independently handled and concluded Wage settlement in Medicity Hospital in the year 2006. Participated in Wage negotiations as Management Core Team Member in ITC Ltd PSPD in concluding 2008 settlement with Union.Organized Wage settlement meetings with Unions. Meetings with Unions: Organizing regular meetings with Unions and resolving day to day issues to preempt IR related Potential disputes. Interacting regularly with opinion leaders both on formal and informal basis in various committees meetings to maintain harmonious industrial relations. Disciplinary Actions: Drafting of warning letters. Show cause notices/Charge sheets and arranging /condution of domestic inquires etc. Acting as Presenting Officer in domestic inquires representing management in disciplinary cases.

Monitoring and Coordinating of day-to-day function of time office such as attendance, Payroll preparation, Leave administration, Promotions and Confirmations, Incentives , progress reports of employees and full and final settlements Statutory compliance: Handling all statutory compliance under all the Industrial,Labour and related Acts. Employees satisfactions survey: Organising employees satisfaction surveys to take necessary steps to boost employees morale in the organization. Contract Labour : Negotiating with contractor, verifying timely, accurate payment and monitoring of nearly 6000 Contract Labours Wages, PF, ESI, Bonus and other related issues. Liasioning : Liasioning various Government and Non Government / Agencies, surrounding village leaders. WELFARE AND ADMINISTRATION: Handling welfare and administrative activities for nearly 5000 employees including contract labour such as Canteen, Transport, Medical Insurance, Employees Uniform, Clubs and Community Halls, Baby Rolls and employees quarters, Social and cultural activities: Organizing social and cultural activities such as organizing internal competitions such as Sports and Games, Essay writing among employees and their families.
