(Twice a week) Online registration for the above courses is available from 15th to 22nd May 2012 (9 AM to 4 PM).

Registration fee of Rs. 400/- is to be paid at the time of online registration on www.vajiramandravi.com by Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.

Full Course Fee is to be paid by a single DD or multiple DDs in favour of Vajiram & Ravi payable at Delhi (or New Delhi) or by Credit Card or Debit Card. Credit Card or Debit Card payments can be done by swiping only at the Institute on the date and time of admission mentioned in the token number. There is no provision for online payment of the course fee in part or in full.
We can arrange for Hostel accommodation, which is provided by outside sources. We do not run any Hostel or any other facility. For Sr No 1 to 9, classes will be held six days a week. Extra classes may be held every week to cover the syllabus on time and Sunday may not be a holiday. Postal coaching is available for General Studies (Prelim & Main), General Studies (Main), CSAT and Public Administration (Main). Admission to General Studies (Main) course will be provided predominantly to students who have appeared in Civil Services (Pre) Exam 2012. For other courses, admission is open to all students.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Dear students, Since the number of applications for admission into our General Studies and other optional subject courses is far in excess of the available seats, we have introduced a system of admission to regulate the same. In order to give opportunities to join our courses to all sections of students and all regions of the country, we have chosen the principle of first-come-first-served as the basis of admission in our institute. Under this system students are required to register themselves online, while seeking admission in one or more subjects. This will lead to generation of a Token Number. Generation of Token Number:- Online registration will be available on www.vajiramandravi.com from May 15th to 22nd (9 AM to 4 PM). Students need to fill an online form which will generate a reference number. After the generation of reference number students need to make payment of a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 400/- through Credit Card (Visa/Master), Debit Card (Only VISA & MASTER cards will be accepted. Maestro, Cirrus etc cards are not accepted) or Net Banking. Once the payment of registration fee is successful, our system generates a Token Number which the students can get printed at their end as a proof of registration with us. The Token Number, given subject-wise, indicates the order of serial number at which they will be admitted subsequently. Admission will be offered to students strictly according to the Token Number generated by them by registration. This registration fee will not be refunded if the student fails to appear for admission or is not offered admission by the Institute. Payment of Course Fee:- Along with the printed token number candidates will be intimated at the time of online registration, the date and the approximate time at which their turn for admission at Vajiram & Ravis office will take place. The candidates or their representatives are required to be present at Vajiram & Ravis office at 9-B, Bara Bazar Marg, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-60, with the duly filled-up application form with three passport size photographs (compulsory), a valid photo ID or photo ID xerox of the candidate, a single demand draft or multiple demand drafts equivalent to the full course fee for the subject/s for which they seek admission. Payment of fee by installment is not allowed. Candidates are required to write their names and mobile/telephone numbers on the back of the DD/ DDs they submit at the time of admission. Course fee payments through Credit Card (Visa/Master), Debit Card (Only VISA & MASTER cards will be accepted. Maestro, Cirrus etc cards are not accepted) can be done by swiping, only at the Institute on the date and time of admission mentioned in the token number. There is no provision for online payment of the course fee in part or in full. Students with Waitlisted Token Numbers are to contact our Office in person on 23rd May 2012. Students who have generated only a Reference number but have not made the payment of Rs 400/- online (thereby leading to absence of a Token Number) are not entitled to admission. Such students who are unable to make the online payment of Rs 400/- (even after Reference number generation) or unable to access the website or who fail to register themselves online can register at our Office for their respective courses on the 26th May 2012, between 9:00 A.M and 5:00 P.M., provided seats are available. Admission shall be confirmed by Vajiram & Ravi, on payment of full course fee, on the dates specified as below. 24th May, 2012 General Studies, Geography, Commerce & Public Administration. 25th May, 2012 Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, CSAT & Essay. Students are to be present for admission at the prescribed time & day for admission as indicated at the time of registration in their Token Number. In their absence the following documents shall be submitted through their representative. Completely filled up Application form with three passport size photos. Photo ID/Photo ID Xerox of the candidate seeking admission. Single Demand Draft/multiple Demand Drafts favouring Vajiram & Ravi payable at Delhi (or New Delhi) or by Credit Card or Debit Card by swiping only at the Institute. There is no provision for online payment of the course fee in full or in part.
