Experts will be asked to sit with specified small groups. Out processing from each group will be followed by discussion.

Introduce Outcome Mapping, most significant change, importance of sharing performance stories to highlight gender and concept of boundary partners (whom you are trying to influence). Review of Sidas Perspective Coffee/Tea Break Exercise(s) in Small groups to respond to: 1. Identify gaps/challenges to mainstreaming gender equality in RBM format using a Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) 2. Identify Performance Stories & Most Significant Change (MSC) to augment RBM 3. Develop take home action plans including quantitative and qualitative indicators for mainstreaming gender equality Each small group will include an expert. Small groups will briefly report back after lunch.
