Panel Head Speech 1.1 The head panel thanked all the teachers for attending the meeting 1.2 He hoped that activities planned for this year will be carried out succesfully 2. English Panel Yearly Planning 2012 2.1 The head panel suggested for the activities to be geared towards improving the use of English in the school 2.2 Monday is English Day so the assembly will be conducted in English 2.3 English zone where the teachers and pupils will be using English when they are in this zone. The proposed zone has not yet been specified 2.4 English Wall will be done by all English teachers. 2.5 Story Telling by our own English Native Speaker Miss Anna 2.6 A room for English panel is suggested by the English teachers to put in all the materials and BBM. The matters has to wait because of the schools new building is still under constructions. 2.7 English week is suggested on 9-13 April. The date is not final it will all depends on the schools calendar. The activities for the English week were not specified

HeadCount Headcount needed to be done for year 3-6 and its due on this week Supervision/Pemantauan 4.1 All teachers will be supervised 2 times throughout the year, once for the 1st semester and once for the 2nd semester. The supervision will be done by the head panel. The date will be given later and it is to be synchronized with the PK. Other matters 5.1 The teachers ask for things to be used in classrooms. - Radio with CD players - Manila Card - Binding Tape - Roller Board - Printer ink - Plastic wrappers for wrapping BBM - Paper Plates for BBM - Whiteboard Markers
