TITLE-

To Study the perception in the mind about using GVK EMRI 108 services in Himachal Pradesh.

ABSTRACT GVK EMRI (Emergency Management and Research Institute) is a pioneer in Emergency Management Services in India. As a not - for - profit professional organization operating in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode, GVK EMRI is the only professional Emergency Service Provider in India today. GVK EMRI has woven together the latest telecommunication, computing, medical, and transportation technologies to provide affordable (free) emergency services in tribal, rural, and urban areas. GVK EMRI handles medical, police and fire emergencies through the " 1-08 Emergency service". This is a free service delivered through state- of -art emergency call response centres and has over 2858 ambulances across Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Assam, Meghalaya, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. With the expansion of fleet and services set to spread across more states, GVK EMRI will have more than 10000 ambulances covering over a billion population by 2011.A random sample design will be used to select 100 people. population will include general citizen in equal male female proportion. Study will be carried out in Shoolini University, Solan, and Himachal Pradesh.

INTRODUCTION The main motive to do this project is to find out the customer precption about GVK EMRI 108 services. Are they satisfy with present service or they want some modification in it.

OBJECTIVES The purpose of the present study is to contribute to an understanding the preference of people about GVKEMRI108 Specific Objectives are:1) To study the consumers Behavior of GVK EMRI 108. 2) To gain more knowledge about its services 3) They can satisfy to their customer or not. 4) Feedback of the consumer of GVK EMRI 108? 5) How much time they take reaches to the patient? HYPOTHESES The study will enable to find out the expected consumer behavior of peoples regarding using the service of GVK-EMRI 108 LIMITATIONS The overall objective of Research design is to explore the preference andsatitsfaction level of people. The limitations of the study might be:-

1. The study will focus on the general citizen only. 2. The scope of study will be not so wide, a limited area is chosen.

3. Respondents may not provide right data. 4. Project will be Himachal Pradesh based only.

METHODOLOGY A structured questionnaire will be prepared. A population of 40 students will be chosen out of which 20 will be female & 20 will be female. Further it will be distributed into people living in urban area or rural area. Each of these factors will be studied carefully to have an overall viewpoint of students or general citizens. RESULTS
