II. Objectives FTV will formally jumpstart its campaign this May 2012, a year before the 2013 elections. The First Time Voters Agenda-Building will start this summer. In order to do this, series of consultations among various youth groups (school and community based) will be held in between covering key cities/regions nationwide parallel with FTVs voters registration and voters education campaign.

The proposed 2-day First Time and Youth Voters Conference to be held in National Capital Region on May 11-12, 2012 will commence all FTV Network initiatives, primarily the crafting of the FTV-Youth 2013 Agenda. Participants will be composed of FTV Network coordinators from key cities/provinces, which are mostly vote-rich areas, particularly Baguio, Tugegarao, Dagupan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Naga, Legaspi, Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Davao, CDO, Zamboanga, NCR, among others. The said conference intends to: Consolidate first time and youth voters network coordinators Create program of activities for voters registration and voters education series Consult youth leaders to develop a modernized 2013 youth agenda III.
