Continuity strategy To ensure continuity of appropriate quality and efficient services in the unit, a strategy has been developed which is simple to understand. Its important that as a member of this unit, you understand this strategy and apply yourself to it. Every member of this unit is expected in a period of 8 months after becoming a member to have brought and trained 3 people to be as good as yourself. This helps to development to always have enough competent in the unit, to attend the necessary services. Advantages of this strategy 1. Its time saving when we have more people attending to one task, it is done in less time with everyone having one core part to play in the process 2. It allows for perfection with this system in place no body is under pressure to attend to too many things at the same time, thereby allow them to concentrate on a core part of the whole process and do it with more detail 3. Division of labour this is what makes it work. everyone focus on one part of a task, and does it with more detail without this efficiency is reduced 4. Allows creativity when there are more than enough competent people to handle a particular task without being under pressure, it allows for time for others to think of creative ways of carrying out that particular task 5. Helps us keep pace with church growth in an every growing and ever increasing church as ours, reproduction is very necessary. Without these when church establishes new branches or cells, there will be insufficient hands to manage the growth. Then we will start tying to train people under pressure and that will make the training process less precise, less defined, less accurate and less effective. 6. Allow you to grow finally, though not the least, this strategy allows you to grow. We believe in the success of every member of the unit and as such, we believe when you have to be somewhere else as the Lord would have you, the unit will not become handicapped by your absence, rather we will send you forth with joy, knowing that you have being a blessing to he department. It will also give you a sense of accomplishment, being able to look behind and see the people you have training who will stay back and keep the cycle on.
