Methodology:The concept of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system essentially involves a set of applications that functions collectively in a single

information system to assist all the cardinal areas of management process. The system supports efficient project implementation management (for e.g. Market, supply, negotiations), resource planning (human resources, finance, materials), various types of accounting, results analysis, etc. ERP system incorporates several remarkable features, which includes general management models for companies (of all range), almost real-time processing, centralized data repository, compatibility with a wide range of database management system (DBMS) and software platforms, support for holding company .

ERP Planning
This is a crucial stage where the implementation process is designed. In this phase the details of the implementation is worked out. The deadlines and the time-schedules are also decided. A plan is chalked out, roles are allotted and responsibilities are assigned. The date for starting the project is also decided. The planning is done by a committee of team leaders

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) can be defined as the method to integrate all the data and process of an organization into a unified system and a detailed ERP planning is very essential before putting the entire system into use. In todays world, ERP system is used for all types and sizes of organization and it caters to a wide range of function like Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relations Management, Financials, Manufacturing functions and Warehouse Management functions One of the most crucial aspects of ERP planning is the SOP i.e. Sales and Operation Plan. Business planning processes should formulate the operational plan (for each unit of the organization), keeping an eye on the financial plan. The operational plan thus used to operate the business is known as SOP. The SOP is crucial to the business because from this, the production scheduling begins and every other aspect of business like marketing, recruitment, etc depends on it. The language of the SOP should not be ambiguous and it must use a common reference point. To draw up a correct ERP implementation plan, it is essential to consider the speed of the project, the duration, the scope and the objective. Speed is important as it can affect the finance of the project. Another thing that is to be taken into consideration is a variety of popular information systems that can affect the pace of the project. One more issue is the likelihood of changing technology that can affect reaction time, adaptability, speed and dependability of the team's performance in doing their jobs as ERP implementers. It is also important to take note of

various innovations that evolve from software applications. These advancements maybe very vital in future ERP system management and can be essential tools in the future.

Erp Research
A true ERP system is capable of replacing two or more independent systems. It also offers additional benefits encompassing standardization and lower maintenance to easier or greater reporting capabilities. The ERP projects provide an opportunity to integrate data systems and helps in redefining the process by increasing efficiency. ERP enhances the professional growth of employees through development of profound knowledge and skills in the fields of procedures and data management.

Erp Integration
ERP integration can well be defined as the combination of the various functional modules contained in the ERP software packages. Only by implementing ERP in a company, it is possible to unify all the data and processes into a single database. A typical ERP system will use multiple components of computer hardware and software to achieve the integration One of the most important pre-requisite of ERP system integration is in-house technical expertise. Computer networking complications, its security by application of SQL, internet connection and its support system are altogether making the scenario such that it is becoming necessary to have an onsite specialist 24X7. Moreover, there should be one dedicated ERP administrator to handle new users, set up security roles for them, modify reports, making customs reports, set up printers, etc. An ERP administrator need not be an IT guru but he/she must be well trained to administer the program and to deal with technical support.

Erp Resource
Enterprise Resource Planning or (ERP) is a software system Plan, which would allow an organization (Enterprise) to have recourse to its assets (Resources) in the most optimal manner. ERP solution is made up of different modules working together in one software package. ERP has been developed as software to process information by using a single database platform. The magic word here is single which is capable of performing multiple and varied processes to come up with the required solution The Human Resources department would be able to get employees profiles on attendance, payroll, benefits and employee softskills while Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Logistics too would be able to get information on its manufacturing tasks, scheduling, quality control, cost management, sales figures and revenue generated. Designing the System

In this stage, a lot of microscopic planning and deliberate action are carried out. The step helps to decide and resolve which areas is important for restructuring. It is chosen from the ERP implementation models. Implementation ERP implementation methodology involves the various processes and procedures, which constitute the condition or means for formulating the actual implementation of ERP projects. There are several ways for handling the project. The ERP implementation methodology includes extensive services from the vendor. It is important for the companies to analyze each ERP implementation method, since the risk of failure in ERP implementation is existent and can be a highly expensive ordeal. Different approaches to ERP implementation Of the different ERP implementation methodology the major one, the most potent one's is the socalled joint ventures with respective companies of the same industry. This method allows the company to begin ERP implementation process on its own or share all the responsibility with the partners. This implies that it would be a shared platform where the files are shared with the joint venturThere are three levels of consulting for a comprehensive ERP project: Systems architecture The overall dataflow for the enterprise including the future dataflow plan is designed by the systems architect. Technical consulting (primarily programming and tool configuration activity) Generally this involves extensive programming. Business process consulting (primarily re-engineering) - The business consultant learns the current business processes of an organization. It also evaluates the corresponding processes in the ERP system, which helps to configure the ERP system to the requirements of the organization e company, as they will be a part of ERP implementation Reengineering ERP implementation involves an evident change in the number of employees and their job responsibilities, which results due to a more automated and efficient system. The human factors are taken into account in this stage. Team training This stage is all about preparing the employees to use ERP. The employees in the organization are trained to handle the system on daily and regular basis
