Approvals OpCo requests must follow OpCo specific approval process/policy before being sent to GSD. Only agreed contacts (SPOC, local helpdesk) are allowed to 1 forward OpCo requests to GSD. 2 3 VF Group requests must be sent by the line manage/hiring line manager of the affected user directly to the Global Service Desk (SOX requirement).
