Subscribers need to pay Subscription Amount in advance as mentioned in the plan details. For cash payments, subscription amount to be paid to authorized Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) representatives only against SMS/email confirmation of your payment. Keep a copy of this for claims/refund The authorized TDN representative will carry TDN ID card with validity mentioned on it. Additionally you can request for valid government ID like PAN card, driving license from him. You can call on TDN representatives mobile number mentioned on SRF to verify. Company will not be responsible for any payment transaction to non-authorized TDN executive Service Tax is extra as applicable. All plan charges will be charged in advance. Service installation will be done within 3 working days from the date of realization of the subscription amount. In case of cheque payment, service installation shall take 6-10 working days from cheque submission date. For Bill Free Plans, the Non-refundable Subscription amount includes the installation amount of Rs. 500. After consumption of bundled usage, the subscriber can recharge his/her account with any amount of his/her preference. Bill will not be provided for this plan. Refund will not be provided for unutilized usage (MBs) if the subscriber surrenders/discontinues the service Fair usage limit per quarter is applicable on the Unlimited usage plans of ADULQ512K (27GB), ADULQ750K (39GB), ADULQ1024K (66GB), ADULQ2048K (225GB) & for half yearly plan as ADULH300K (45GB), ADULH512K (54GB), ADULH750K (78GB), ADULH1024K (132GB), ADULH2048K (450GB). Contention ratio increases post fair usage consumption, although there is no limit on usage Contention Ratio - 1:10 for Bill Free & Bonus Bandwidth Plans, 1:20 for Unlimited Usage Plans. TDN reserves right to increase contention ratio upto 1:50 for Unlimited Usage Plans, if usage during the billing cycle crosses fair usage. Home Secured Wi-Fi service to connect multiple PCs wirelessly is available at ` 1500 (Code: allholt) for lifetime for all the plans (optional). Company provides an Home Secured Wi-Fi that is fully compliant with recent Government (DOT) directives on home wireless security. Home Secured Wi-Fi service includes one hotspot instance inside your home. This can support an area of approximately 1000 sq.ft. For larger homes, additional hot-spots are available at ` 1500 for lifetime per instance. Simultaneous log-ins are allowed only from a single location. Parental control software utility is available at ` 65 per month (Code: AV Prem) or at ` 650 per annum (Code: ANPREAV) (optional). Quarterly & Half Yearly Unlimited Usage Plans and Bill Free Plan subscribers can avail of parental control software utility with yearly package option only. Static IP is available at ` 1000 per annum (optional). The amount is payable in advance at the time of subscription. Bill delivery: Subscribers who have opted for e-copy: e-bills shall be sent to the registered email id. Subscribers who have opted for physical copy: Physical bills shall be sent to the registered billing address. Upload speed will be 25% of applicable download speed or 512 Kbps, whichever lower. Usage includes both upload and download of data. A CAT 5 cable shall be provided if the Subscriber needs to connect his PC on the Ethernet interface. Cable laying through casing and capping shall be charged @ ` 10 per foot. The same is payable directly to the TDN authorized partner installation executive. Speeds mentioned here are guaranteed upto the ISP node. All tariffs mentioned here are subject to regulatory approval. TDN has the right to modify or withdraw any tariff plan at any point of time. TDN reserves the right to withdraw the bundled complimentary Basic Anti-Virus at any point of time. In case of service discontinuation, the subscriber shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. ` 1500 per modem will be payable if subscriber retains the modem or returns them in non-working/damaged condition. This is applicable for all plans. If the subscriber of any plan surrenders the connection, then - ` 500/- will be deducted from the refund amount towards installation charges. - Additionally the plan charges corresponding to the number of months of use shall be deducted from the upfront amount received to determine refund if any. Full month shall be counted in case the usage is for part of the month. - Service tax shall be accounted for against both charges stated above.
