The preliminaries is divided in 4 sections: 11.00 11.30 11.30 12.00 12.00 12.30 12.30 13.00 3. Participants MUST appear 15 minutes prior to the start of the competition. 4. All entrants must provide valid contact information in order to be contacted for finals. 5. Contestants are required to submit two (2) songs of choice in order of preference. 6. If contestant fails to show for their assigned slot, they will automatically be disqualified. 7. Songs being sung must be of an Anime, J-Pop, J-Rock, Animerelated Game nature. 8. No more than two entries of the same song will be allowed during the competition, and this will be done on a first-comefirst-served basis. In the event that an entrant's first song of choice is already taken by two other entrants, it is highly recommended that the entrant already have a second choice in mind when signing up for the competition. 9. Dancing is always permitted and encouraged; however contestants must behave in a safe manner. Any conduct that may be considered to jeopardise the safety of others or that may cause damage to Festival equipment (including but not limited to jumping off chairs, throwing of furniture) will not be tolerated and will lead to disqualification, and possible expulsion from the Festival. 10. The Organisation reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations of the competition without prior notice. 11. The Organisation reserves the right to refuse entry to participants failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions for General Public. 12. Songs that contain bad language/profanity will automatically be disqualified.

13. The top 4 highest scoring contestants will be chosen for the Finals to be held on the same day. However if one of the contestants is unable to attend, the next highest contestant will be called upon. 14. By entering the competition, the participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions as stated above. 15. NO instruments permitted. 16. And most importantly.HAVE FUN!! Finals 1. Finalists will be contacted by mobile during the event to confirm their assistance and providing the song they want to sing. 2. Whether its Openings, Endings or your own personal request, well do our best to make it possible for you! Submissions are taken on the day for free singing, and you can peruse our songlist here. You just need to register during the event, filling a form with essential information (Name, Age, Mobile, (2) Song requested) and thats it!
