The design presented during the event shall be considered as final and the team shall be considered to proceed towards fabrication activity using the same design. Hetookupthisassignmentaftermaking great personal sacrifices. Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, a flagship institution is today perhaps the largest Engineering School in the country with 16 Undergraduate courses, 16 Postgraduatecoursesand12ResearchCentreswithastudentpopulationofabout6000onthe campus. They meet regularly and conduct programmes such as Quizzes, Technical Talks, Industrial Visits and Career Counseling Sessions. The members had an opportunitytovisitrenownedindustriessuchasSolarPowerPlantatKolardistrictputupbyKPCL, worldrenownedCNCmachiningplantestablishedbyM/sACEDesignersLimited.Thestudentshave alsotakenupfabricationofanAllTerrainvehicle. Please note that MAXIMUMof5membersperteamareallowed o Teamrepresentativetoproducethefollowingdocumentsattheregistrationdesk: Team Detail confirmation Copy of the registration document containing theteamdetails,senttoBAJASecretariatforregistration SAEINDIAMembershipCards Identitycardsissuedbyrespectiveinstitute NamesofparticipantspresentforVirtualBAJA o Upon verification, the team would be given a tag containing the Panel No. and SequenceNo.ThePanelNo.describesthejudgingpanelassignedtotheteamand thesequencenumberindicatesthepositioninthesequenceinwhichvariousteams would be evaluated by the assigned panel. The tag is regarded as the teams identitynumber.Theteamisrequiredtokeepthetaginsafecustodyasitwouldbe required to submit it to the judge once the evaluation is initiated. Failing this, the teamwouldNOTbeawardedanyscore. The current sequence no. Under evaluation at various panels would be announced at the holdingarena Ifthesequencenumberoftheteamisntheteamisrequiredtoreporttothearenawhen the current sequence under evaluation is n2. Till this time, the team is required to be presentattheholdingarea. Once the team reports to the arena, it is required to report at the verification desk. The volunteerswouldguidetheteamtothejudgingpanel. Assoonastheteamenterstheevaluationroom,theyarerequiredtosubmittheidentitytag tothepanel,withoutanyfailure. After the evaluation is concluded, the team may proceed for refreshments (depending on the assigned lot), after which, they would be required to collect the Virtual BAJA Participation Certificates for the team and leave the institute premises. Certificates would NOTbesenttoanyparticipatingteamafterconclusionofVirtualBAJA.

NOTE: ANY ACT OF INDISCIPLINE OR DOURLY BEHAVIOUR DURING THE EVENT AND AT THE INSTITUTE PREMISES AFTER THE EVENT WOULD BE CONSIDERED AS AN INDISCIPLINARY ACT AGAINSTBAJASAEINDIA,ENTAILINGTOIMMEDIATEDISQUALIFICATIONANDCORRECTIVEACTIONIF REQURIEDBYTHEINSTITUTE. Teams have to prepare the presentation in strictadherencewith the guidelines / scoring criteriaasissued.Anydeviationfromthesamewouldnotbeconsidered No accommodation would be provided.
