Since May 2010 till date :Working as HVAC Site Engineer in Alshetawasaif Est. For Trading, Riyadh KSA.

Installation, Execution & Commissioning of all type of air conditioning units such as Chilled Water System, Dx system - ductable split units, decorative split units, concealed type, packaged type, & cassette type. Brine System, Ventilation and Exhaust System. Fan Coil Units, AHUs with all other accessories. Co-ordination with main contractor for lifting of A/C equipments to roof level with crane. Static and dynamic load of HVAC equipments on roof. Civil foundation for HVAC equipments. Co-ordination with electrical contractor for electrical work related to air conditioning. Discuss heating-cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that malfunctions have been corrected. Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. Test pipe & tubing joints and connections for leaks, using pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution. Adjust system controls to setting recommended by manufacturer to balance system, using hand tools. Recommend, develop, and perform preventive and general maintenance procedures such as cleaning, power-washing and vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, and changing filters. Install auxiliary components to heating-

cooling equipment, such as expansion and discharge valves, air ducts, pipes, blowers, dampers, flues and stokers following blueprints.

Assist with other work in coordination with repair and maintenance teams. Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats and timers, using hand tools. Generate work orders that address deficiencies in need of correction. Join pipes or tubing to equipment and to fuel, water, or refrigerant source, to form complete circuit. Assemble position and mount heating & cooling equipment, following blueprints. Study blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturers recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating & cooling equipment components and to ensure the proper installation of components. Fabricate, assemble and install duct work and chassis parts, using portable metal-working tools and welding equipment.

Supervise the Outsource contractors maintenance jobs. Carry out Inspection / routine check of AC equipment and installation. Ensure that work areas are properly cleaned, all dust and spares. Check quality of spares parts/materials used. Ensure that all safety guidelines are fully adhered to while installing or servicing the equipment. Ensure the availability of spare parts/materials required. Ensure quality and workmanship of jobs carried out. Attends to emergency service calls and report to superiors. Assist in giving connection to new AC equipments. Ensure compliance to all safety guidelines and usage of appropriate tools, test equipment etc.

Installation & Execution of Centrifugal & Axial Type exhaust fans. I shall perform general administrative tasks in order to ensure availability of records, reports, and logs through maintenance of an efficient filing system.  June 2008 to April 2010 :Worked as HVAC Site Engineer in Thermax Co. Ltd. India. Installation, Erection & Commissioning of all type of air conditioning systems such as ductable split units, decorative split units, concealed, packaged, chilled water system, centralized and fan coil units, diagnose troubleshoot centralized & other air conditioning units. Heat Transfer Equipment (heat exchangers, industrial boilers, fired heaters, refractory and insulation systems). Nonelectrical Utilities Systems (industrial drainage, sanitary sewer systems and water distribution systems). Cleaning and de-scaling of boilers as determined through regular inspections and conducts mandatory full load test runs on emergency generators regularly. I shall perform a variety of inspections such as functionality of boiler safety devices such as low water cut-offs and high pressure limit controls and controls and maintains mandatory safety devices on boilers and repairs sight glasses, steam columns and makes adjustments to regulate flame signals and appearances. I shall develop procedures and schedules to ensure safe plant operation of equipment and disposal of volatile substances and ensure safe operation of automatic start-up motors, pumps, and pulleys within the building automation systems.
