This change can be incremental or radical, in one department or in entire organization, in one business process or in process of entire organization and of any kind. It is important for any manager to understand the need and phenomena of changes and how to manage them in order to have maximum advantages of it. A sound framework for change initiatives, clearly setting out expected achievement at all levels and accompanied by a clearly stated strategy for implementing change is therefore essential for all modern public and private sector organizations. Course Objectives: To assist students/participants in understanding practical strategies for establishing, promoting and sustaining change in their organization in future.
