If this Associated Press had not made an editorial decision to silence my case, I would not have been forced to call a Senator from another State myself, in this case Arizona Senator John McCain, to request him to protect my rights as a U.S. citizen under the U.S. Constitution. I strongly believe that if Associated Press had not made an editorial decision to silence my case to the American opinion, it would not have been necessary that both my wife Gitte Toldsted and I, we should write to the American President Barack Hussein Obama, in my case two times, to request to be protected according to the rights that belong to me as an USA citizen in the first place. Associated Press did not only say that it was an editorial decision (listen to tape recorded with AP reporter, Jan M. Olsen, in Appendix 1 on the CD following this document. Script from the same call is in Appendix 2 and documentation for the call is in Appendix 3), when they denied to publish my case, but also they did not publish these kind of stories. And they did not only say this to me; they told my wife Gitte Toldsted the same things, when she was calling Jan M. Olsen at AP in Copenhagen the day before I did. However, a USA citizen from Maryland State and with Jewish background, Alan P. Gross, who was arrested in Cuba on December 2009 doing activities without appropriated visa, which is public recognized by U.S. officials from the State Department, was widely published 1 to all the American opinion together with his wife Judy Gross' claims for justice for her husband, and following this he received all kinds of legal protection under the American Constitution, even in a country where the U.S. does not have full diplomatic relations, as Cuba. I've got no problem that Alan P. Gross neither Judy Gross enjoy all the privileges granted as U.S. citizens under the first amendment of the U.S. Constitution, to express and claim themselves. No problem at all. But if that right has been segregated, discriminated and deprive to me and my wife Gitte Toldsted, then we are in a clear act of discrimination for concept of origin and violation of first amendment of USA Constitution. If Associated Press did not conspire to silence and hide my case under the excuse of an editorial decision to all USA American opinion, my Florida's senator Bill Nelson, among others mentioned above, he would not have had any chance nor opportunity to conspire against my rights and deprive me my of rights under the color of law; those rights granted to me as a U.S. citizen, and instead favoring in a clear act of discrimination another citizen from another State, Maryland, Alan P. In the Court in Horsens, Denmark, I was prosecuted, judged and sentenced, even to jail, with the conspiracy, cooperation and obstruction of justice from the U.S. Ambassador in Copenhagen, Denmark Laurie S. Fulton, against my freedom of expression. I would not have been obligated neither to request by a letter, addressed to the Mexico's president Felipe Calderon Hinojosa and Mexico's Congress, protection of my Human Rights. I would not have been obligated neither to ask the King of Spain, his majesty Juan Carlos II to deliver these indictments through him to your person, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, to receive my rights as USA citizen. I strongly believe that the Danish Judicial System would not have had any kind of possibility to hide evidences in court to my lawyers and the juries, two consecutive times, and in the last court in Horsens, Denmark I would not have been obligated to carry myself video camera, tape recorder, phone recorder to register the extension of the previews fraud in a total of lack of a fair and just court trial, if Associated Press had not given mandatory editorial orders to deny public opinion about my case. I would not have been obligated to prove everyday that I am an innocent man, in first place because someone inside the Associated Press made a mandatory decision to silence my case to all USA opinion and with this give advantages to my USA officials to conspire, deprive and segregate me in a discriminatory way of my most fundamental Human, Civil, International and Constitutional Rights. What is the difference between American citizen Alan P. Gross and American citizen Mario Herrera? The are huge differences in religion, ethnic background, cultural- and origin backgrounds, but we both are protected under the same 14 th amendment of the U.S. Constitution and there we are all EQUAL, even to freedom of expression and freedom of information of others. Why does Associated Press publish the story to favor the Alan P. Gross' case in Cuba and silence the case of Mario Herrera in Denmark? The only possible reason is a concord with the U.S. State Department's policy and interest, which makes it a clear act of conspiracy, discrimination and justice obstruction against my person. Why did Judy Gross get fully published in her statement about her American husband, to all the American opinion and not my wife Gitte Toldsted, who is legally married to me, an American citizen? Again an act of total discrimination. What is different in this kind of story between the story of Alan P. Gross and the story of Mario Herrera? Both of them are individual cases of violations of justice, one of them openly requested to Cuba by the U.S. State Department; the other one, strongly hidden by the U.S. State Department, The White House, The FBI, and the USA Department of Justice. All these evidences has been in you office Attorney General Pam Bondi, since March 29, 2010 sent to previews Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum. At the time when Associated Press silenced my case in conspiracy with the U.S. State Department, they denied and segregated me from my protection rights from my USA officials and authorities. I am giving to you recordings (Appendix 4 and 1 on the CD following this document) of the first and second phone conversation with Associated Press journalists both in Miami (February 3, 2009 ) and in Copenhagen, (February 5, 2009) as evidence that they knew perfectly and with detail about my case, and they decided under the excuse of the concept of editorial decision to silence both my freedom of expression and freedom of information to the rest of U.S.'s citizens. Also my wife Gitte Toldsted can testify at any time you request it in front of a U.S. court. Some how, at some point, you Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, you will need to face the fact and to make the U.S. State Department explain, how a U.S. citizen from your State Florida was tortured, kidnapped, left handicapped for life, had hidden key evidence in his case in court, and had his freedom of expression violated by the Danish police, and the was no protest arisen yet four years later, about the violations of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 Article 36.1(a,b,c), neither by the U.S. State Department, the American President Barack Hussein Obama, the FBI or yourself. This makes it a clear act of conspiracy against my rights, deprivation of rights and justice obstruction, and all this was totally silenced by Associated Press. The ironic thing about Alan P. Gross' case and I is that Cuba was the country where I was born and you, the U.S. Government and the U.S. State Department accepted me under the Cuban Adjustment Act of 1963. The Act mentioned protect Cuban citizens because of the very same crimes committed in Denmark by the Danish police and the Danish authorities (Police / State attorney / Judicial System) against my person; Torture, Kidnapping, Lack of judicial guarantees, Hidden key evidences in court, Violations of freedom of expression; in one word violations of Human Rights. But now it is not convenient for the U.S. State Department to explain why a person that they gave status as a refugee in USA when he came from Cuba because of the very same crimes; why now they let this person down when these same crimes are committed in Denmark by Danish authorities, starting by the illegal arrest on November 1, 2006. The ironic thing here is that, those racist Danish policemen Nicolai Cederskjold and Anders Bitsch who violated all my rights, the U.S. Ministry of Justice are protecting, committing justice obstruction, delaying the extradition to make them face Court in USA, for political conveniences. These Danish policemen mentioned above, they could be the very same Danish policemen that yesterday would have been the material of the Sturmabteilung Brownshirt from Nazi Germany, who killed, tortured, brutalized, and violated human rights to so many Jewish people in the 40's, including probably a Jewish 30 January, 2012 - Horsens, Denmark

That is what is the ironic and disgusting in this situation now; how Associated Press today hide my case for political conveniences. The ironic thing here is that you Attorney General Pam Bondi knows perfectly that I am a person with zero criminal records, and you know too, because you have the court book from my case in your hands, and in this court book there is not any logical reason to justify the brutal arrest and violation of international agreements between Denmark and USA in my case and at the events on November 1, 2006 - and later on November 9, 2010 when my freedom of expression was violated in Horsens Court over picture of Nicolai Cederskjold on my website www.norightsforyou.com hosted by a USA company www.webs.com. However: I am directly accusing: Tom Curley, Associated Press President and CEO. He lied to the American opinion and teamed up with the U.S. State Department, giving editorial direct order to hide my case from the American opinion and on the other hand, openly published the case concerning Alan P. Gross arrested in Cuba, in convenience and interest of the U.S. State Department policy, and with this provided Alan P. Gross with all Constitutional rights, including visit from U.S. State Department officials in Cuban prison. And I am quoting Tom Curley's owns words: The Associated Press is the bastion of the people's right to know around the world. S. Kristoffersen receives evidences and later states in the court-book Nicolai Cederskjold vs. Mario Herrera Padron that he did not). The Danish judge is caught on camera receiving both the Jens Rasmussen document (which was hidden in the first court case against me), request of extradition to USA of Nicolai Cederskjold delivered to Bill McCollum, Eric Holder and John McCain on March 29, 2010, as well as the complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), Herrera Padron vs. Denmark case number: 55481/09. NONE! No USA official or authorities would dare to take advantage on me and let me down because of political convenience, if Associated Press had not segregated me from my Constitutional rights, violated my rights according to USA's Constitution's first amendment and by that commited justice obstruction.
