Wedding Photography Agreement

This agreement is between Look, henceforth referred to as PHOTOGRAPHER, and _______________________________(bride) and____________________________(groom), collectively referred to as the BRIDE AND GROOM, for the purpose of providing photography services at the following dates, times, and locations:

This agreement supersedes any prior oral and written agreements and there are no other agreements that exist between the two parties. The Photographer and the Bride and Groom shall cooperate in order to fulfill the specified terms and conditions of this agreement.

Terms and Conditions

The Photographer agrees to deliver the above images and products no later than 20 days after the wedding date. The Photographer also reserves the right to digitally enhance and manipulate the photos for aesthetic purposes.

*Including additional expenses described below on the wedding date. The additional expenses incurred will consist of the following: Food, beverage, and accommodation costs for the Photographer, not exceeding ________________ (for the events Outside Dhaka). Charges for extra hours ________________ (according to package).

**This payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the wedding or of the photography services. Copyright and Model Release The prints and the accompanying CDs will become the property of the Bride and Groom. These can be reproduced for personal use, for personal websites, and for dispersal to family and friends as long as the Photographer is acknowledged. The Bride and Groom allow the Photographer and his/her assigns to legally exhibit the wedding images in portfolios, websites, and competitions, as long as the Bride and Groom are presented in a positive light. Cooperation The Bride and Groom agree to conduct a pre-event consultation with the Photographer to finalize the schedules, times, and locations of the wedding. This consultation will also discuss any changes and extensions of the photography services. During the consultation, the Bride and Groom will designate a person who will be the Photographers guide in identifying people who are included in the previously listed shots. The Bride and Groom agree to provide sufficient time (approximately 30 minutes) before and after the wedding ceremony to allow the Photographer to take the photographs specified in the list. The Photographer is not responsible for missing images due to the absence of persons who should be included in such shots or due to the failure of identifying such persons.

The Bride and Groom agree that _________________ is the sole Photographer of the event. Wedding guests who are also taking pictures will be requested to cooperate with the Photographer. The Photographer agrees to take additional images only at the direct request of the Bride and Groom.

Limit of Liability In the unlikely event that the Photographer is injured or too ill to photograph the wedding and there is no suitable replacement, the Photographer will refund ALL payments received for the agreed photography services.

**5,000 BDT (per photographer, per event) will be added For Outside Dhaka. *Rates are not negotiable. *50% payment is required in advance for booking. *The rest 50% is due on the day of the event. *Duration can be negotiated depending on special circumstances and availability. *It may take around three weeks to deliver the prints & *Photographer/s will work only in the venue and nowhere else. *Photographer/s will leave after 11.30 p.m, U can choose any 3.5 hours for photography before 11.30 p.m. *Ensure that there is adequate light where the bride, groom and guests will be sitting. (Lighting only the pillar/back of the stage and not having proper light on the face will result in light imbalance). *Clients have to pick the soft copies and the prints from Look. * Client must take the delivery within 1 month of the event.
