Work Activities Performed: Ocular inspection, preparing working permits, assisting and guiding of workers.
Personal Observations at the Project Site: I observed that workers are being careless in maintaining materials safe. The flooring are full of scratch, the primary architect which is concern is did not doing3his job properly he delivered and prepared materials incorrect. Report/s Submitted, if any: Lesson/s Learned: I learned how accompany people specially workers, materials and furnishings should care properly to avoid problems and should be prepare in decision making in an unexpected situations.
