Pre-registration and Pricing


You may register through June 13 by mailing this completed form with payment or, through June 17 by going online to pay by credit card. To register after these dates, call the State Bar office with your credit card information. If you register by May 30, you qualify for a $25 discount. To register online, go to www.montanabar.org. Youll need to log in to your state Bar account at the top of the home page. If you have questions or problems logging in, please contact the State Bar office, 406-442-7660. Late registrations only if space is available. Please call 406-447-2206 to check on available space at least 2 days prior to seminar if you plan to register at the door. We no longer accept faxed registration forms.

REFUND POLICY: If cancellation is made seven days or more before the date of a seminar, a 75% refund will be made. If cancellation is made less than seven days before the seminar, a 50% refund will be made. No refund will be granted if cancellation is made on or after the date of the seminar. Upon cancellation, materials will be provided, subject to availability, after the seminar. Cancellations or substitutions may be made in writing or by calling the State Bar at 406-447-2206.

About the speakers


Carole Levitt is a nationally recognized author and speaker on Internet legal research. She has over twenty years of extensive experience in the legal field as a Law Librarian, Legal Research and Writing Professor (Pepperdine University School of Law), California Attorney and Internet Trainer. She is a skilled online searcher, focusing on legal, public record, investigative and business research. She is the co-author of four current books on using the Internet more effectively in the practice of law: The Cybersleuths Guide to the Internet (IFL Press, 2012), Find Info Like a Pro, Volume 1: Mining the Internets Publicly Available Resources for Investigative Research (ABA, 2010), Find Info Like a Pro, Volume 2: Mining the intenrets Public Records for Investigative Reseaerch (ABA, 2011), and Google for Lawyers (ABA, 2010). Previously, she co-authored two editions of The Lawyers Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet, (ABA, 2006.) Ms. Levitt received her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School, where she graduated with distinction and was a member of the schools law review. She earned her Bachelors in Political Science and her Masters in Library Science at the University of Illinois. Ms. Levitt can be contacted at clevitt@netforlawyers.com. As Vice President of Marketing for Internet For Lawyers (IFL), Mark Rosch is the developer and manager of the Internet For Lawyers web site. He is the Editor of IFLs newsletter, and writes and speaks about legal technology for firms and also on how to use the Internet for research and for marketing. Additionally, he is co-author of four current books: The Cybersleuths Guide to the Internet (IFL Press, 2012), Find Info Like a Pro, Volume 1: Mining the Internets Publicly Available Resources for Investigative Research (ABA, 2010), Find Info Like a Pro, Volume 2: Mining the Internets Public Records for Investigative Research (ABA, 2011), and Google for Lawyers (ABA, 2010). Previously, he co-authored two editions of The Lawyers Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet (ABA, 2003 & 2006). Mr. Rosch is a member of the Association of Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA) and the ABA, in addition to serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Entertainment Publicists Professional Society. He has also served as a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Public Relations steering committee, the Television Publicity Executives Committee and the American Film Institute.
