SCOPE:
The main goal is to develop a Hotel reservation system to replace the paper based Hotel reservation and online booking.
OBJECTIVE: To ease staff and admin with facilities for reservation process. To enable sharing of ideas, harmonize and provide timely useful information on how best to
enhance performance. To ease decision making, save time and resources and utilize opportunities of new technology.
PROBLEM STATEMENT:
The hotel was dealing with a lot of data stored in registers. Manual dependency slowed the work. Frequent errors in calculations of bills. Stock updating of food material i.e. Grocery & Equipments. According to the demand was prone to errors. Improper guidance to the customers. Complaints by customer regarding services. Dificulties in Online Booking.
PROPOSED SYSTEM PLAN: This System will provide the information related to the, Customer Rooms and Table availability Staff members of various departments. It will provide security so that only the authenticated users will be able to acess data.
It Will Store the Detailed RecordsRelated To Purchase Order of Grocery Stock and OtherMachinery . Equipments Salary of Staffs Monthly and Annual Reports It Will Also Provide To Add, Modify,Delete, Search And View The Records
