Designation Job Description Microwave Operations ( Manager ) Principle Accountabilities:

Monitor the performance of MW Links Monitoring & maintaining PDHSDH microwave links indication parameters of RSL level ER SER of links Closely monitor the network KPIs Network uptime SLAFault Rate Repeat failures on the network Prepare Dashboards to track key performance indicators on MW link performance Adherence to identified corrective measures to Improve Service Levels Monitor andtrack MW links outages on daily basis & initiate improvement plan for reduction of outages Ensure adherence of corrective actions towards improvement of performance levels and guide team for implement the same Plan activity of preventive maintenance on MW links with MSP & track for its complete adherences Track spares and ensure availability in circle to maintain KPIs Improve the network uptime by optimising in Ring protection To ensure regulatory compliance for microwave links Process compliance and adherence 3)Manage Relationship with Managed Services Partners to improve support to the network Monthly review network performance with MSP and make corrective action plan for improvement Continuously monitoring of degradation factors like fading inference and RSL level. and to drive MSP for improving service level and quality of network Work closely with internal teams like planning Deployment and network quality Drive special
