The candidate is prohibited from communicating, consulting (or) conversing with other candidates in the examination hall. The candidate is strictly prohibited from bringing Pager, Cellular Phone into the Examination Hall. 2. The candidate should bring his/her own pen/H.B pencil/Eraser/Ball Pen/ Instrument Box/Books, Calculator etc. and he/she is not permitted to borrow books or any other items from other candidates. The candidate should write the answers with BLUE/BLACK INK ONLY, failing which, the answer script will be invalidated. 3. THE CANDIDATE IS PERMITTED TO BRING BARE ACTS ONLY, GUIDES, BOOKS CONTAINING COMMENTARIES, SHORT NOTES, MADE EASY, WRITTEN OR RONEOED BOOKS, DAIRIES, NOTES SUPPLIED BY THE TRAINING INSTITUTES and HAND BOOKS ARE NOT PERMITTED INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL. 4. Candidates appearing for "Survey Department Tests" should bring their own set of instruments such as Scales, Bits, Scientific Calculators, if any, required for answering the questions. 5. IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE, SUCH ANSWER SCRIPT SHALL BE INVALIDATED. THE ANSWER SCRIPTS OF THOSE CANDIDATES WHO WRITE PARTLY IN ENGLISH AND PARTLY IN TELUGU OR URDU WILL BE INVALIDATED. 6. No candidate is allowed to attend the examination, ten minutes after the commencement. No candidate is permitted to leave the examination hall till 30 minutes before the close of examination. 7. Candidate should not take additional answer books, if he/ she has not completed the Main / Additional answer book. If he/she does so his/her answer script shall be invalidated. 8. Candidate should write his/her Register Number only in the Boxes provided on Barcode Answer Sheet attached to the main answer book and encode it properly. Answer scripts bearing Register Numbers at any place other than the specified place shall be invalidated.Even when the candidate has written/encoded his/her Register Number wrongly on Barcode Answer Sheet, the answer script shall be invalidated. 9. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:- WRITING OF SYMBOLS OR ANY TYPE OF IDENTIFICATION MARKS INCLUDING REGISTER NUMBER ETC., ANYWHERE INSIDE THE ANSWER SCRIPT AND USING OF BALL PENS OTHER THAN BLUE OR BLACK INK, SKETCH PENS OF ANY COLOUR ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IN CASE OF VIOLATION, SUCH ANSWER SCRIPT IS LIABLE FOR INVALIDATION. 10. Candidate should follow the instructions given on the back side of the Barcode Answer sheet/Main Answer Book. Non-compliance of instructions will lead to invalidation of the answer script. 11. The candidate should not adopt agitational tactics in the examination hall such as raising of slogans against the examination staff, instigating other candidates to go out of the examination hall and should not disturb other candidates from writing the examination. 12. The penal provisions of the A.P. Public Examination (Prevention of malpractice and unfair means)Act, 1997 (Act 25/97) published vide Gazette No.:35, dated : 21/8/97 shall be invoked, if malpractice and unfair means are noticed at any stage. 13. In case, the candidate received the Hall-Ticket without Photo he/she should affix one passport size photo on Hall-Ticket duly attested by Gazetted Officer and handover one similar photo for each paper to Chief Superintendent for affixing the same in the Nominal Rolls. Failing which he/she will not be allowed to write the examination. 14. Candidate should verify the Surname,Name and Date Of Birth printed in nominal roll before signing in Examination Hall,and if any mistakes are noticed,the same should be corrected and attested.
