Healthy Fruit Enzymes Recipes Enzymes are an amazing type of protein that provides energy and reactivates our

1. Apple and Carrot Enzyme Ingredients Method 5 no Green Apple 1. Rinse and peel red apple, green apple, carrot and green lemon. Cut into shreds 5 no Red Apple 2. Method 1. Rinse kiwi fruit and lemon. Allow them to be air dried. 2. Peel kiwi fruit and lemon. Cut kiwi fruits and lemon into thin slices 3. Place the kiwi fruit and lemon shreds in layers into a glass bottle then pour over it until the honey cover the pile of fruit shreds. Mixed Vegetable and Fruits Enzyme Ingredients 500g Carrot 500g Cucumber 200g 4 Nos 200g 250g 10 nos 350 ml Or 350g Broccoli Red Apple Cabbage Chinese Cabbage Strawberry Honey Or Rock sugar Method 1. Rinse strawberry, carrot, cucumenber, broccoli, cabbage and Chinese cabbage. All them to be air dried. 2. Cut cucumber into slices. Peel carrot and apple. Cut carrot, apple, cucumber and Chinese cabbages into shreds. Cut broccoli into small pieces. 3. Mix all the vegetable and fruits 4. Place vegetable and fruits mixture in a glass bottle until all the ingredients are used up. Pour honey over it until the honey covers the pile of fruits. 5.
