A Black & White Christmas Party

At The Pinewood Hotel we are renowned for our festive celebrations, culinary delights and attention to detail. Our custom built marquee can accommodate up to 250 guests for a 3 course festive meal followed by disco and dancing until 1am in our adjoining Symak Suite. Joiner parties are on every Thursday, Friday & Saturday in December, or any day for private use subject to minimum numbers. A seating plan is not required, however please provide a pre order of menu choices. Our custom built marquee is the perfect venue for your 2011/12 winter event and can be hired to accommodate a maximum of 250 guests for a sit-down meal. Offering a range of worldwide catering including Asian, Halal, Mediterranean, festive, traditional English or simple finger buffets you can be assured our dedicated events team can assist you with every aspect of your event whether large or intimate. Finger buffet available from 16 per person 2 Course Lunch available from 16.50 3 Course Evening meal available from 26.00

Weddings at Pinewood
Pinewood Hotel has welcomed hundreds of happy couples to celebrate their big day. Our dedicated wedding co-ordinator Jennie, offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise to assist with all aspects of this family occasion. Couples can be married within the hotel, drinks can be enjoyed on our spacious terrace and bespoke wedding packages can be tailored to suit any budget or catering requirement. Pinewood Hotel offers couples a fully flexible approach to their perfect day. All Inclusive packages available from only 72 per person Including red carpet welcome, arrival drinks reception, 3 course wedding breakfast, bottle of wine per person, champagne toast, floral table centres, room hire for day and evening, finger buffet and DJ for evening reception, overnight accommodation for bride and groom and 2 weeks honeymoon parking.

Terms and conditions of booking Christmas 2012 and New Year residential packages, parties and events. HOW TO BOOK Please telephone the Hotel to check availability for your chosen date. Complete the booking form and return it to the Hotel with: (a) your deposit of one night per person for residential packages, or (b) a non-refundable deposit of 20 per person for parties or events. Please make cheques payable to Pinewood Hotel. For all packages, parties and events, full payment of the balance is required by 14th November 2012. Pre-orders for food and wine are required at least 10 days prior to the event. 1 Bookings are considered provisional at the time of booking. A provisional booking is held for 14 days after this time, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. 2 A booking is not considered confirmed until signed booking form is received by the Hotel and a 20.00 non-refundable deposit per person has been paid. 3 Final payment is due by 14th November. Any reduction in numbers at this stage will result in the deposit being retained by the Hotel. Final invoice will be based on final numbers or those attending on the day, whichever is higher. 4 Cancellation of a confirmed event must be made in writing 28 days prior to the start of the event to avoid any cancellation charges (any deposits already paid are non-refundable). 5 Pre-orders are not required for Christmas Parties and New Years Eve, however, they will be required for Christmas Day Lunch and Festive Dining. All required pre-orders must be received 14 days prior to event. 6 The Hotel reserves the right to make changes to the menu should problems occur with supplies. 7 Should you experience problems during your event, please contact the manager on duty during the event. It is very difficult to address and rectify problems after this time. 8 For party nights to be a success a minimum number of attendees are required, should numbers fall short on a specific night the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the event. At least 2 weeks notice will be given and a full refund or alternative night will be offered. 9 All payments for part of the deposit and are non-refundable. 10 In the event of extreme adverse weather conditions that mean the event cannot go ahead we will arrange and offer an alternative date. Unfortunately no refunds can be given in these circumstances.
