HERES YOUR INTRODUCTORY TAPPING GUIDE The Set Up:
With the nger pads of the under and middle ngers of your dominant hand, begin tapping lightly the "karate chop" point of your other hand. The eshy part on the side of the hand below the little nger, is known as the "karate chop" point. While continuously tapping this point, repeat the following set up statement 3 times: "Even thoughI have issues at this Chakra, I deeply love and accept myself." Next, perform the tapping sequence by tapping about 5 times on each point (listed on the NEXT page) as you read aloud (or silent) the release statements specic to the Chakra.
KC = Karate Chop Point EB = Beginning of the inner Eyebrow SE = Outer side of the Eyebrow UE = Under the Eye (cheekbone)
UN = Under the Nose (just above lip) CH = Chin CB = Beginning of the collarbone UA = Under the arm (medial line of side body)
