Message of President.

would like to convey my good wishes to the principal, faculty members and the students of the centre who have put in their sustained hard work to uplift the name of the centre at such a height that every one who is attached to it feels pride. I am proud to say that the centre has made appreciable all round developments in a very short period. Life is all about computers now a day. In any field of life one can not do without computer. And for computer education, we can not depend upon such type of centers, where due to shortage of facilities, students have to face problem in learning properly. I assure the principal, the faculty members and the students of the centre that no such problem will be allowed to prevent the path of the student's development. We have a very huge and handsome building with all the utilities and comfortable furniture. A handsome amount of computers with latest technology is available in our center. Every pc is attached to the BSNL Broadband internet connection. Beside, an alternative line of CONNECT has also been arranged. Due to globalization, the use of English language is increasing day by day. That is why; we are providing the coaching of spoken English which is free along with the other courses. For such parents who can not afford much to make their children learn computer, our fees structure is very reasonable. Moreover we accommodate and help such students, who have an extraordinary ability and curiosity to learn but their parents can not afford. As we made, 'computer literacy mission', our target. @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ The admission is confirmed only after remittance of the admission fee. The candidate must pay the first installment of the fee before the batch commences. The student is entitled to a Roll Number, Identity card, only after the admission A student must carry his/her Identity card while attending theory / practical sessions and produce it on demand. The candidate has to surrender his /her Identity Card at the time of receiving the certificate/diploma. The Institution will not be responsibly for loss of any belongings left at its premises. Smoking, eating chewing etc. are strictly prohibited inside the premise. Telephone at Bajwa Computer Institute are meant only for official purpose & not for personal use. Only in case of dire emergencies the incoming calls will be entertained after due permission, however this facility can't be claimed as a matter of right. A visitor/ friend / relative will not be allowed in the class rom / machine room. Any student seeking batch / centre transfer may have to wait for availability. No student will be allowed to migrate from one centre to another without written consent from the center director. Candidate should carry Identity Cards with preliminary allotted time when coming for extra practical. Any student found guilty of misbehaving, violating the instructions of authority or found violating any of the above points may be fined, suspended or terminated form the institution without a prior notice.

Mode of Payment

All payments should be made at the cash counter or the authorized person. All payments should be dome preferable by cash and obtain receipt against the same. Fee once paid cannot be transferred or refunded. Payment's of Installments. If a student is enrolled after the 20th of a month he / she is not liable to pay the installment for the next month. Monthly installments have to be submitted before the 10th of every month. Installment can also paid up to 12th with a fine for Rs. 10.00 per day and up to 15th with a fine of Rs. 20 .00 per day. The fine will calculate from 9th of the month onwards. If a student is unable to pay the fee by 15th of the calendar month his/ her name will be struck off from the rolls. If a student wants to join again, he/she has to pay the installment, fine and rejoining fee of Rs. 200.00 Examination Leave Can be up-to 45 days subject to the following conditions. Fees are remitted as per the schedule. Student may not be admitted to the same batch (or same time) at the time of rejoining the institution. Should the student fail to fulfill the required condition he /his has to pay Rs. 200.00 as rejoining charges to continue with the program.

Dispute
