ABSTRACT

This report aims to determine the location of the centroid of the body formed by the revolving plate, which was carried out with the help of a team that turned the plate forming a cone, run by students of the Faculty of chemical engineering. Data taken in practice will help us achieve our goal, to do the data collected must be accurate. It also needs to clearly define the concept of knowing the centroid theorem Pappus-Guldin, and all the mathematics for our calculations. Finally it is intended that this practice will help us to better understand this issue and as applied in the industrial and everyday life.

RESUMEN

En el presente informe se tiene como objetivo determinar la localizacin del centroide del cuerpo formado por la placa en revolucin, el cual se llevo a cabo con ayuda de un equipo que hizo girar la placa formando un cono, ejecutado por los alumnos de la facultad de ingeniera qumica. Los datos tomados en la prctica nos servirn para cumplir nuestro objetivo, para ello los datos tomados deben ser exactos. Adems se necesita definir bien el concepto de centroide y conocer el teorema de Pappus-Guldin, y toda parte matemtica para realizar nuestros clculos. Finalmente se busca que este practica nos sirva para comprender mejor este tema y como es aplicado en la parte industrial y nuestra vida cotidiana.
