Many also trek up to Roseville to see the spectacular light displays in Stanford Ranch. There
are huge displays of lights about 3 blocks around just behind the Stanford Ranch Bel Air.
Take 80 to 65 and exit right at Stanford Ranch. Turn left on Sunset and then right on Pebble Creek.
Unfortunately, the Carmichael “Holiday House” will not be running this year.

Two Minute Microwave Fudge
INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
1 lb powdered sugar Stir sugar, cocoa and salt
½ cup cocoa together in a 1 ½ qt cas-
