This process covers all the stages required to issue a new policy for car insurance. It includes a study of the vehicle, insurance quotation for the vehicle, inspection and, finally, the issue of the insurance policy for the vehicle. The application begins with the input of basic information of the policyholder and of the vehicle and proceeds to the collection of complementary information, driver's history, accidents over the last three years and details of the previous or current policy. After verification and analysis of the final results of the inspection and, finally, the issue of the insurance policy. Vehicles insurance rejected due to policies, due to risks and due to inspection and in this way, guaranteeing the validity of the information that is handled. Project Description: This project is a credit card application for US Bank, which contains eight functions from enrollment to make payments. Web sphere uses TIBCO EMS server to send requests and receive response using separate queues for each function call making to mainframe. After validating the request coming from Web, BW sends it to MQ in the format, which Mainframe requires. BW and MQ are connecting through JMS using MQ

queues. After getting the response from MQ, BW validates response and sends well-formatted XML to Web. The messaging system in whole project is JMS. This was a standard credit card project for US Bank. The VISA card was integrated using TIBCO as the middleware to integrate the web system with the Mainframe system through TIBCO BW. The system deals with enrolling of a customer upon validation, updating or terminating the customer and interacting through the web or the call center, updates to other enterprise systems on credit check, payment confirmation, and payment history. TIBCO BW was used to create Business process models for online validation of customers using Credit Check, updating or terminating the customer and interacting through the web or the call center, payment confirmation, and payment history. Responsibilities: Developed web services (SOAP over HTTP/JMS) and schemas. Configured ADB adapters for the Ticket generating system. Generating EAR files and deploying components.
