Dear Mr. Ben, I am writing to complain about the order I received from your company. According to your delivery note, the package contains two shirts. However, I ordered one shirt only. Moreover, I wanted short-sleeved shirt. But what I received was just the opposite. Both of them are longsleeved shirts. Furthermore, when I saw the colour of the shirts I was really shocked. Although I ordered apple green shirt, I received two horrible black cherry red shirts. As if this were not enough, I was looking for a small-sized shirt. Instead of that, I received extra large-sized shirts. On top of everything, your catalogue says that orders will be delivered in four days only. Unfortunately, it was inaccurate as I waited three weeks before receiving my order. You can imagine how dissatisfied I am to wait three weeks and then receive different order than what I wanted. wanted to read the newspaper as we were told that it will be free to all passengers, I was shocked because there was no newspaper at all. Furthermore, I could not bear watching childrens cartoons throughout the trip. Although the advertisement says that there will be feature films, there were cartoons only. As if this were not enough, I was looking for a full meal with wine. Instead of that, I was given a cold snack. On top of everything, the air stewards were very rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, your advertisement was inaccurate when it said that the staff is friendly. On arrival to Rome, and to make matters worse, we were informed that we should wait three days for our luggage which cause me additional expenses. You can imagine how dissatisfied I am to pay money in order to enjoy my holiday then experience this terrible trip. A Discursive Essay Crime & Punishment Write an essay discussing crime and punishment issue. Crime is one of the most important issues in our society. In the last few years, crime has been going up because of poverty and discrimination. The most common crimes in the society are burglary, murder and drug dealing. The most worrying trend is the increase of crimes among young people. There are two opinions about crimes and punishments. One of the reasons for this is possibly the fact that young people are not optimistic with the future and cannot see a model to follow. Also, unemployment had risen dramatically last year due to the global financial crisis. Another reason is the ineffective governmental plans. 0000 000000000000000000000 On the one hand, many people feel that harder sentences should be brought back. Moreover, some people say that conditions in prisons are too soft and death penalty should be applied. On the other hand, there are arguments against harder sentences and capital punishment. They disagree and think that prison should reform offenders. They should be brought back to normal life. Furthermore, they think that punishment should be suitable due to the crime. To sum up, I think that crimes has been risen sharply in our society in the last few years, and it must be some hard punishments to be applied in order to reduce this crimes or stop it, and the good way to do that is applying the true Islamic Principles .

Dear Sir/ Madam I am writing to complain about a dress which I bought from Zara in City Center on 20th May. I enclose a copy of the receipt. I asked for small size and the shop assistant gave me one which was already packaged. Your assistant assured that the dress was small but when I returned home and put it on I discovered that it was not the right size. To make matters worse, the zip was broken and it won't open. Moreover, the color of the dress was faded. When I took it back to the shop, the manager refused to see me or talk to me. Added to this, the assistant was very rude and refuse to refund my money. I would like you to write me apology letter and to refund my money as soon as possible or I will tell the media about this story and I might take a legal action if I do not get full satisfaction. I look forward to hearing from you .

I enclose copies of the guarantee and the receipt. In your advert, you claim that you will give free memory card and Bluetooth headphone, the phone also has clear map. However, when I opened the box I didnt find any memory card or Bluetooth headphone. Moreover, when I used the phone I discovered that the map is not clear and the picture is not clear and sound is distorted. When I took the mobile back to the store, the assistant has treated me badly & he was unhelpful. You can imagine how very dissatisfied I am. I want you to exchange the mobile phone only. I do not care about the free offers but the company must say the truth next time. Unless I receive a satisfactory reply or I will have to take legal action.
