Projects Current Projects

Naman Midtown Naman Midtown is a commercial complex in the prime business district of Lower Parel, Mumbai. Located at Tulsi Pipe Road, it has 25 floors and will house some of India's leading corporate giants. Sofitel Sofitel is a five star deluxe hotel in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. This project marks the entry of the luxury hotel brand, Sofitel, in India. Shree Naman Group has entered into a Joint Venture with Accor, the French hospitality chain, for this project. Naman Residency Naman Residency is one of BKC's premium residential addresses. The 10 storey apartment with international standards of luxury and comfort will complement the group's real estate offerings in the vicinity. Twisting Horizons Twisting Horizons is being planned as an architectural marvel and one of the tallest buildings in the area. Overlooking the Arabian Sea at Worli sea face, this 20 storied property will be a landmark in the city with its twisting and curled structure.

Shree Naman Towers Shree Naman Towers is a leading residential complex in Kandivali, a prime residential area in Mumbai. With two towers of 25 floors each, this project houses over 300 families. Shree Naman Plaza Shree Naman Plaza is a large scale up-market commercial complex, centrally situated on S. V. Road, Mumbai. Spread out on over 35,000 sq. ft. with three upper floors, it houses India's leading modern retail store, Shoppers Stop, as an anchor store. SAARTHI Saarthi is a unique award-winning residential building located at Chowpatty, Mumbai's prime business and residential area. We are associated with the Gogo Foundation based near Ahmedabad in Gujarat, which offers endowments, educational and medical relief to schools and hospitals.
