Onenameforthisissynthetictelepathyanotherisvoicetoskull(v2s)technology.Ialsodiscussmethods forsensingbrainwavesandconvertingthesetovoicesignals,i.e.,brainwavetovoice(b2v)devices. Subliminalandsurreptitiousvoices
Ofallthesoundsthatcanbesent,whyvoices?Whythefascinationwiththat,asopposedtoothersounds? Theobviousreasonisdeniability,sinceoursocietyiscurrentlysetupsoanyoneclaimingtoexperience suchthingsrisksbeingcalledcrazy,andanyonetalkingofsuchthingsrisksbeingcalledakook.The deeperreasonisbecausehumanbeingsaresocialanimalslivinginasocietyandcommunicatingby language.Peopletendtothinkintermsoflanguage.Peoplecanbecontrolledbylanguage.Youcanputa voiceprojectorinadog'sbrainandtellitto"sit"and"stay,"butonlyhumanscantakecomplicateddirections inlanguage.Inthissense,humansaremorevulnerablethanotheranimals.Considerhowlanguageisused bytheconman,thehypnotist,thepolitician,thelawyer,andthepreacher.Theplaygroundtaunter.Words canindeedhurtyou. Therearemanymethodsforsendingsurreptitioussound.Openlyknowndevicesexistwhichcanlocalize soundstoaparticularlocationfrom30yardsandmore,forexample.Inasimpleapplication,onecouldjust hideasmallpiezospeakertosimulatehighfrequencysoundslikebirdsongsandcricketschirping.(One mightalsoconsidertheeffectsofcertainEMwavesonrealcricketsandbirds.) Onetechniquetohidesubliminalsistomaskthemwithambientnoiseintheenvironment.Thisnoisemight bepurposelycreatedanddisguisedasambient,likeafakebirdcallthatisrunforawhileandthenhas subliminalspeechslippedin,oritmaybenaturallyoccurringnoisethatthevoicemodulatedsignalis matchedtoinfrequency.Thisisanalogoustohidingthetransmissionfrequencyofanaudiobugnear somethinglikearadiostationtomakedetectiondifficult.Anothertechniquetohidesubliminalsistoprocess thesignalsoitdoesnotconsciouslyregisterasavoicesignalbuthassomesubconsciouseffect.On somethinglikeadirectbrainsendaverylow"volume"signalmayregistersubconsciouslybutnot consciously.

Besidestheeverpresentelectricalhum,thereareothersourcesofsoundlikejetspassingoverheadthat mightbevoicemodulatedorhavevoicesignalshiddenunderthem.AtleastasearlyasVietnam,psyop soundswerebroadcastfromhelicopters,forexample. Imentionedpossiblepowerlinemodulationmethodsabove,butthereareotherpossibilities.Howmighta pulsedEMwaveinteractwithanoperatingmotorforexample?Themotoreffectmightevenbeasideeffect ofanothersendtechnique.Thereareothermethodsofsendingvoicetoskull,likepulsedmicrowave techniques.Thesemightbematchedtotheambientnoiseinordertohidethesignals,orevenhiddenina tinnituslikesignal,naturalorartificial.Onetechniquemayevenbeusedtomasktheuseofanother.("I couldn'tdiscerntheFreysignalvoicesbecauseoftheacousticmaskingvoicesorfrequencies.")A complicatedsoundsourcelikeanelectricmotordrivingafancanhaveafairlylargespectrum.Theremay evenbemorethanonevoicelayeredinthereatdifferentfrequencybandsorwithdifferentmodulations. [I'vebeenmakingafewrecordingstotrytocapturethesevoicesthatharassandberatemedayandnight now.Itissomewhathardtoevaluatetherecordings,though,becausetheytrytomesswithyourperceptions whenyoulisten.Therealworldlowfrequenciespermeateeverything,evenearplugs.Ihaveevencaught thematthisafewtimeswhenlisteningtorecordings.Theysendsignalsontheexternalambientaudio(and whateverothersendtechnique)todeceiveyouasyoulisten.Theycannotquitekeepitupconsistently, though.Icanpulloffmyheadphonesrealfastandcatchthesignalintheexternalambientnoise.Youcan actuallyhearthattheyturnuptheexternalsourceswhenyouhaveonheadphonestolisten.Theycannot quitesynchronizewiththedigitalrecordingsifyoustartatarandomplaceormoveitslightly,orifyourepeat itenoughtimes.(OnceIforgottoturnonthemicrophoneandtheystilltriedtofakeasignalthere.)They eitherwantmetothinksomethingistherewhenitisnotortheywantmetonothearwhatisreallythere.] Finally,supposetherereallyisnoexternalmodulationeventhoughthesignalseemshighlydirectionaland sometimesblatantlyobvious.Thisisaveryimportantpossibilitytokeepinmind.Itmaybethat,ratherthan modulatingthesignalontheaudiosend,theyaremodulatingitontheaudioreceiveinyourbrain.Ifyou assumeadirectbrainread,thenyoualsoneedtoconsideradirectbrainsend,whichIdiscussinthenext section.Andofcoursekeepinmindthattherearemultipletechniqueswhichcouldbeusedsimultaneously inalargescaleoperation.
