Introduction

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a set of technologies that making alternative voice calls from traditional telephone landline system to Internet voice communication. It had been appeared in terms of cutting the cost of telephone calls and became popular and useful with free or low cost calls. VoIP could be defined as a conversation of caller's voice signal into digital data packets, transmission of it over Internet or other IP-based network and then reverse process into analogue voice signal. In order to use VoIP callers will need to have an access to Internet within different devices, such as laptop, PC or mobile phones and installed VoIP software. That kind of application could be found and downloaded for free and differentiated in various service prices including free services.

VoIP major providers

1. Skype The one of the well known VoIP providers is Skype. It is free software with free chatting and calls via users in all over the world. Each person can create his own account and top up balance to make a landline or mobile calls. By 2010 at the fourth quarter had been reported 663 million registered users with an average of 140 million connected users of each month. Skype became popular with it additional features like instant messaging, video conferencing, file transfers, in and out Skype calls. The only purpose of Skype authors was to provide free communication between different classes of people. Skype software compatible with all leading operation systems (Windows, Macs, Linux).

2. Vonage Vonage is the second largest provider of VoIP. Started it way from USA it spreads to international and shows 1.6 millions subscribers on the line. Vonage offers two plans. First is Residential Unlimited and Limited where the difference is in cost and ability of making landline calls (Unlimited). The Second is Small Business Unlimited and Limited which both includes dedicated fax line and differentiated in limitation of time and cost. Vonage was first who provided VoIP Wi-Fi phones.

3. Babble One more software that had offered to people free calls is Babble. To distinguished software Bubble made unlimited calls to landlines and exotic destinations by charging for no more than 2.5p. Secondly Babble created an easier way of using features and worked out well with improving quality. Most helpful, useful features, cheap calling and free downloading program are the slogan of Babble.

Value in Business
Every organization consists on communication. Every orders, claims, requests, complaints are the significant part of organization. With VoIP the cost of that communication can be decreased. Each department of company can cooperate by 'instant messaging', 'conference calls' and 'files sending' which safes time. Determination of the work place of employers could be made with a video calls. International calls could be made as simple as local calls. VoIP makes cooperation more flexible, efficient and chip.

Advantageous of VoIP
VoIP would bring competitive advantage with it saves time. Each operation of company will increase in time period, to reach any employees would be easier with their own communication of VoIP software and different status of capability for talking. Financial savings leads to high profits consequently those profits will bring more market places or increase labour productivity by increasing wages. The huge support would be made to customer services department. With VoIP all employers would be in up to date information and ready for any changes, what makes them to be on one step ahead. One of the biggest advantageous is combining of community of organization into more friendly and highly motivated workers.

Disadvantageous of VoIP

The worth part of VoIP software is on dependence of Internet network signals or reliability. Poor connection can lead to low quality and limitations. The second part is in emergency calls which cant be provided because of non-determination of VoIP user address. During the power outage no service provided, so important call can be interrupted by low or no power supply. Usually there not much concerns about security, but still some organizations do not use the services of VoIP soft wares. The security issues are on identity and service theft, spamming, denial of services and viruses. The last side is not to close to negative and it is hiding in training supplying.

Conclusion
With rapidly developed companies is hard to compete without using today and future technologies. VoIP is one of them. For company it will bring more benefits rather than loses as the IT in the world is upgrading every time and problems sides of VoIP can be fixed in near future. Company should know and try different innovations as much as possible in order to meet well prepared and trained community that ready for the new technologies in the rapidly growing world of technologies.
