Final Exam Human Behaviour 1. What is human behaviour? What is organizational behaviour?

What is the difference between these two behaviours? Is the study of human behaviour important and why? What are the consequences of having people with individual differences working together in an organization? In what way are people different from each other? 2. It was observed with concern by a small group of teachers that Susan was not eating her lunch for the fourth day with them. Her individual behaviour amazed them since she usually led the group to come together, start the meal and recount the stories of the day. What made Susan change her behaviour? How did this affect the group? How would she react if the group asked her the reason for her acting differently? 3. Why do people communicate with each other? What is meant by effective communication? What are some nonverbal cues that a person that a person pays attention when interacting with each other? Why is it important for people to have an understanding of how people learn? How does learning and behaviour change an individual? 5. One Monday, Mr Rommel Sorion, school Principal summoned Mrs. Carla Manaot to his office. Mr. Sorio asked Mrs. Manaot why she cant come to school on time. All the time she was in the office she felt nervous and very comfortable. The next Monday again she was late and had a nervous feeling and cant hardly explain the tense she felt. What was the classical conditioning applied in her workplace? Give two classical conditioning and leanings experienced in you workplace applies by your school head/principal. 6. One way of motivating employees is to make their job challenging so that the workers who is responsible for it enjoy doing it. In you workplace (school) what motivation can be used to make your co teachers enjoy doing their work? List at least five (5) motivations that will make your time, money, and effort in taking your Masters Degree? 7. In your own experiences, relate how you were recruited and got the job in terms on choice, information, selection, requirements, recruitment, and familiarization of the job, performance appraisal, rewards, challenges, anecdotes and participation in activities. 8. In your Human Behavior class who two people displayed a behaviour that you think amazed majority of the students as wall yourself. ( You dont need to mention their names just give a different name) What are the consequences of having people with individual differences working together in an organization?
