We at Ecova Project are, in our own way, trying to raise the consciousness of the people in order help humanity. We are considering promoting your ideas, but need some clarification. Would you be so kind as to give your comments to the following questions? (1) Are your time travel technologies in line with the research of Dr. David Lewis Anderson? (2) According to the research of Dr. Ronald Mallett, the available time travel technology is still very experimental and only applicable to particles. As per your opinion, the technology has already existed for 40 years. Can you give your comment on this? My position is that different forms of quantum access, encompassing such technologies as teleportationbased time travel (Tesla) and hologram-based chronovision (Ernetti, Gemelli, Fermi), were achieved by the US defense-technical community over 40 years ago under the aegis of a DARPA-led research and development program called Project Pegasus. The existence of later initiatives by subsequent researchers working independently is irrelevant to the validity of my account, because official state secrecy in this area, especially the sequestration of the papers of Nikola Tesla at the Los Alamos National Laboratories (LANL), has prevented later time travel researchers from benefiting from the advances of previous researchers. Consequently, contemporary researchers cannot speak with authority about the "state-of-the-art" in time travel, because the "state-of-the-art" in this area has been classified since World War II. When they do speak about time travel, they inevitably herald de minimis breakthroughs that were made and far surpassed literally decades ago. In this sense, the challenge to research and develop time travel is not a scientific one but a legal and a political one. It is for this reason that I am leading the legal and political campaign to urge the United States government to acknowledge what has been secretly achieved in the field of quantum access and then launch a program of technology transfer, through which the benefits of these technologies, especially teleportation, can be used to advantage humanity.
