2. Course Objectives This course helps us to understand the meaning of organization and its effectiveness. Various Organizational designs and its importance will be studied with examples. The determining factors of organizational design will be discussed in detail. The course will also indicate the essence of Organization culture and explains various types of culture with its own pros and cons. The course simplifies and teaches us the ways to be followed when implementing a change in the organization. 7. Specific Instructions to the Students Students must be present for all the classes of Organization Design. Special concentration is required when attempting the case studies in the subject. Be a good listener in the class. Assignments given must be submitted according to the time schedule mentioned in the lesson plan without any deviations. Attendance percentage must be above ninety percentage to score good internal marks. Proper Class work note must be maintained separately for this subject. Internal exams must be taken up seriously to get nice marks in the University examination. Discipline and decorum is expected from all the students during the forth coming semester.
