Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot SCHLC11 Software Upgrade

Overview
Samsung has released a software upgrade for the Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot SCH-LC11, which is recommended to be installed. The upgrade may take up to 10 minutes to complete if the system is already set up.

Requirements for upgrade tool: COMPUTER Desktop/Laptop Computer Running Microsoft Windows XP (x32 versions of Home or Professional) w/Service Pack 2 (SP2), Vista, Windows 7 100MB Open Hard Disk Space All Firewall & Anti-Virus Programs Should Be Disabled Administrative Privileges Required To Download & Install Software Available USB Port o Direct connection of the USB cable to the computer's USB port is strongly advised. Download and Install the Upgrade Tool

This Upgrade Tool will Only Function on Operating Systems Running x32 bit Microsoft Windows XP ( Home or Professional) w/Service Pack 2 (SP2), Vista, Windows 7 or later.

1. Click here to go to the Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot SCH-LC11 Upgrade Tool.

2. Click Save and save the file to a specified location.

3. Start the Upgrade Software by double clicking the Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot SCH-LC11 Upgrade Tool exe.

4. Click Next

5. Read over the EULA, accept the terms, and click Next

6. If you get a screen to install the Samsung USB for Mobile Phones v5.16.0.0 driver click Next and then Install 7. Read over the Notice, choose Accept and Next

8. Click Next to continue

9. Click Install to continue

10. Follow the directions on the next screen to prepare the Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot SCH-LC11 for the update and place it in download mode

11. After setting the Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot SCH-LC11 for Download Mode connect it to the PC using the USB cable

12. Connect your Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot SCH-LC11 to your computer

13. Click Next

14. Click the Start Software Download button to begin the update

15. During the update Do Not Disconnect the USB cable. After about 3 5 minutes the update will complete

16. Follow the onscreen directions to reset your device. Click Exit when finished

Fault Recovery
If update is interrupted by power loss or USB cable disconnect please follow below instructions to recover your device. This window on the following page will be displayed if the upgrade is stopped. Click Exit

Remove the battery and wait ~5 Seconds and re-run the tool again
