INTRODUCTION: This is a brief report about what I have learned about myself as a team member during my MBA program in Coventry University London campus. One of the significant experiences I got or learnt from my team was the spirit of oneness or unity as the case may be. By this I mean the ability to come together and decide on a particular strategy that will be a form of help to achieve our side goal. On the process, the work load was divided into various groups among our self respectively. At this juncture, it was not really an easy task because everyone was trying his or her best to make sure that things were done the right way. Beside all of this effort, the most annoying part of the story was when our mock presentation took place and we were rated low. It was base on this fact that, the team saw reasons on how we can look for other factors or means so as to enable the team improve. At this point the team then decide to meet regularly as to enable us, discuss our various individual points consistently so as to enable us address the topic properly. Though one of the major challenges was the consistent or frequent time of meeting, which was not easy for most of us including me to go by. Furthermore, during the process of this excesses one of my unforgettable experience was my inability to source for the information about the subject matter that was assign to me. Its looks as if I am not serious to some of them that fail to understand the fact that, it was not an easy task for me as a person. Though some of the members understood my predicament but to, few it was like a taboo to them. Base on that I was given another role to perform, but still could not perform as expected. This experience has really affected me psychologically to the extent that I have not recovered from it till this moment. Application of the Models and theories was another factor that cannot be left out. The models and theories have actually serves as a form of guard for clarifying concept and ideas. It has being a source of help for getting material for writing assignment, and how and when my assignment will be done and equally when to be submitted. In addition, the team work has enormously exposed me as a person on how to work as a team in other to achieve goals. Though, there were still a lot of challenges more especially in the area of sourcing for information as mentioned earlier and self confident, during the presentation were one of the major challenges ahead of me. Working as a team has really thought me so many things that may likely be of help to me in the future and in my business at large. Base on this process, I am beginning to know more on how I will source for information which will defiantly be of help to me in my academic and in the future in general. Secondly, self confident is another important thing I learnt as part of the team members. I have come to understand that in whatever you are doing, is always good to have confident of yourself or earls it may make you lose value before your costumers or clients as the case may be. Lastly, I will want to improve in the area of time management, studying and building self confident. Some of the majors I will use to improve myself is by setting up a plan which I will tag plan A and B. I will draw a time table on how my time will be spent in a day, a weak and the month. I will make sure that I follow it up strictly. The plan B is, for me to checkmate myself to see if am meeting

up with my time plan. If at this point know is the answer, I will then employ the assistance of my roommate to monitor me to see if I can improve in that way. I believe after putting up this plans and strategies in my time management, it will be of help to me in my studies and in my business in general. Base on this finding I have come with a word of thought that is going serve as an aid to my day to day guard Remember, a successful life is nothing more than a lot of successful days put together andit is going to take so many days to reach your goal.
