Injector Systems - An Alemite Injector System is an automated system that provides precise lubrication
and offers a wide range of lubrication adjustment. Our injector systems offer a great deal of application
flexibility so you can add or remove lubrication points without having to redesign the system.
Series Progressive Systems - Alemite Series Progressive Systems are designed to accurately dispense
lubricant to multiple lubrication points. Through a series of metering pistons, grease or oil is delivered to
critical components in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Our series progressive systems are designed
to handle extreme temperatures, mineral and synthetic fluids and can be easily installed to service a number of applications.
Dual Line Systems - Dual Line Systems from Alemite are ideal for a number of applications. Typically
consisting of a central controller, two main supply lines, metering valves and four-way reverser valve, these
quality Alemite systems generate high pressure over long distances.You can easily add or delete lubrication
points with these systems, making them perfect for an evolving application. Full adjustment of displacement
makes these systems ideal for machinery with a wide range of lubrication needs.
Oil Mist Systems - Alemite Oil Mist Systems are used to service all types of machine elements that
require continuous lubrication, such as chain driven and rolling element bearings equipment. Delivering a
fresh continuous mist of clean oil, an Alemite Oil Mist System has no moving parts and promises a longer
usable life. Since it uses less lubricant, this system is an extremely cost-effective option for a number of
lubrication applications.
AutoLube-BTX - The AutoLube-BTX is a stand-alone, automated grease lubrication solution that is
compact, simple to install, easy to use and is a great value. The AutoLube-BTX precisely delivers small
amounts of lubricant at programmed intervals to multiple bearing points during machine operation.
The BTX is available with or without end-of-line cycle feedback.
Single-Point Lubricators - When a single point calls for lubrication around the clock, an Alemite
Single-Point Lubricator is the answer. Available in both grease and oil, our single-point lubricators are
self-contained units that offer worry-free operation.

Alemites Modular Pump (AMP) System offers a exible, modular design to dispense a measured amount of
oil or grease to a centralized system. These pumps are available in pneumatic or hydraulic congurations
and are ideal for use with series progressive systems. Pumps are bolt-on compatible with Trabon ModuFlo Series pumps. All pumps and reservoirs are backed by Alemites 2-year warranty.
FEATURES:
Pneumatic pumps are single-acting and hydraulic pumps are double acting.
Double-acting pumps dispense lubricant and drives piston to home position in
the same cycle
Adjustable displacement to full range of pump
Reservoirs are available in clear plastic or metal
Grease reservoirs are equipped with a spring-loaded follower to maintain
positive prime of lubricant to the pump
Reservoir bases feature tapped holes for direct mount of an intermediate
base plate for installing hose or tubing to a remote application
Base plate provides exibility to mount pumps to any size reservoir with ease
Base plate and built-in check valve allow safe and convenient shutoff
of lubricant ow to prevent dangerous spills when removing pump for
maintenance
Grease reservoirs with metal cylinders come equipped with a level indicator
on the lid to allow a visual check of lubricant levels in the cylinder
Optional low-level switch is available for oil and grease reservoirs
High pressure indicator switch available with large selection of rupture discs
Blowout assembly with 2,050 psi rupture disc standard
Flow restrictor valve available to protect pump from pressure surges
Pumps, intermediate base plate and reservoir tie rods protected with
electroless nickel plating as standard

pump features a compact footprint and, since it is hydraulically powered, there is no need for a bulky compressor. This makes the 8600-series an ideal choice for automatic lubrication systems installed on mobile equipment

The Alemite AutoLube-BTX is an automated grease lubrication solution that is compact, simple

The Alemite Reversing Valve is designed to meet the rugged needs of the dual line centralized lubrication
system. This valve uses a pressure-sensing mechanism to alternatively pressurize or relieve the flow of
lubricant from one line to the other as the system cycles. The valve reverses automatically with pressure
from the lubricant supply pump and the low-pressure side is vented back to the supply pump reservoir.
