AB NAR AL-SARRJ His name is Abdullh bin Al, whose name and secret was purified by Allh The Most High. He was the great saints (awliy). His words were narrated many times. He was the wanderer in this field and the jewel of guardian for the seeker of God in his time. His friends are also from the saints, such as Ysuf bin usayn, Jufri al-Khalid, Ab Abd Allh al-Rdabr, Ab Bakr Muammad bin Dwud al-Daynr, Ab al-asan Ali bin Bundar al-Nshbr, and many others. He was the possessor of spiritual states (awl) and high stations (maqmt) from unveiling (mukshaft), spiritual exercises (mujhadt), spiritual training (riyt), divine manifestations (tajalliyt), discernment (firsah), and miracles (karmt). He had many works in commentary about the perfection of saints, explained their stations, and gave contributions to the sciences of the saints. The book al-Lum1 is one of his works. AB MADYAN AL-MAGHRIB Allh The Most High purified his secretHe was one of the great of traveler saints. He was also the great leader of unveiling, guide, grateful people in path of people of reality in regard of unification (tawd) and reality. He possessed the stations of spiritual training (riyt), spiritual exercises (mujhadt), seclusion (khalwah), and estrangement (uzlah). His company and serviced is a great achievement in the groupa great role among the veracious, willful, sincere, and observant people. His position in knowledge, recognizing of God, and abstinent was very high and always observed the sharah. AMAD AL-GHAZZL2 Allh The Most High purified his secretHe was the saint, guide, and mujtahid in the path (arqa). He was expert in law (sharah) among the men of knowledge. He was the sign of perfection of saints in the path. He was the ocean which is without limits, in the witnessing of

reality (aqqah). His nickname among the saints was Junayd the Second, with achievement and virtue at his time. He had this perfect state of high degrees on unveiling the eyes, inner witnessing (mushhadt) and spiritual stations of divine manifestations (tajalliyt) of the Essence (al-dht) and Attributes (al-ift). He had deep knowledge on unification (tawd) and realities (aqqah), and his perfection was in educating the traveler to Allh. He was also gave treatment to the one being guided. He had many works which had spiritual subtleties (lafah). He died in Qazwin at 517 AH at the age of 73 years old. AJI MUAMMAD AL-ARI AL-TABRZ Allh The Most High purified his secretHe was the man of knowledge of exoteric and also the man of discernment of inner reality (bin). He was an ascetics and observant one. In taawwuf and other fields, he had some spiritual subtleties of Ashri. He died in Tabrz on 792 or 793 AH and buried in Charnadb. AB BAKR AL-RUSTNY Allh The Most High purified his secretHe was one of the great guiding saints. In the place that ruled in Atbiks, he was the possessor of unveiling of eyes (mukshaft), degrees of heart, inner witnessing (mushhadt), spiritual exercise, obey the laws of the path in seclusion (khalwah) and estrangement (uzlah) in forty days. There are four things as method of guidance of the sharah namely, prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, and alms. BURHN AL-DN AL-SGURJ Allh The Most High purified his secretHe was the leading of teachers and men of knowledge in his time. He was from Nuwi, Samarqand. He was left from his birth place to entered Khata, then lived and died there. He had an eloquent speaking, a great among men, and the speaker of knowledge about Allh (marifah). He was the lord of teachers of alHamadn al-Majzn.
