Albany, NY Earlier this morning, Senator Liz Kruegers No Bad Apples PAC awarded Justin Wagner its first endorsement of the 2012 general election cycle. Wagner, an attorney and community activist from Croton-on-Hudson, is challenging incumbent Senator Greg Ball (R-Pawling) in the 40th Senate District. Justin Wagner is exactly the kind of candidate I set out to support when I decided to form the No Bad Apples PAC a successful young professional who is an active and engaged member of his community, said Sen. Justin Wagner is running in the 40th Senate district, where incumbent Greg Ball won a narrow victory in 2010, helped by a national Republican wave. In this years redistricting, the district saw a substantial increase in Democratic enrollment, making it a key offensive opportunity for Senate Democrats.
