At noise levels above 70dB (A) shall be made hearing protection available (increased demands). Vibrations The contractor must select tools that give minimal hand-arm vibration, or use techniques such tool is not hand held. Exposure value exceeds 130 dB(HA), the contractor can use the vibration damper device, reducing the working day when using the tool or direct the second working. The developer strengthens this relationship and recommends that no one shall be subjected to an exposure value of 120dB (HA). Dust The contractor, through its organization of work will prevent the emergence of dust nuisance. The contractor must ensure that exported effective dust reduction at source. 10. Chemicals and materials

The contractor must ensure that hazardous substances and materials in the Substitution work place interchangeable, ie. Removed, replaced or reduced to a minimum. This must especially be given to replace a dangerous substance or material with a non-hazardous, less hazardous or less annoying substance or material or work process The contractor shall on request of the client show that substitution assessment is complete, This documentation shall include:

A description of what technical requirements the product must live up to in the construction task. These requirements must be realistic, it means that there must be more stringent requirements than necessary. An opinion from multiple (3) suppliers of construction products for which products they can deliver the lowest code number that simultaneously satisfy requirements specifications. At least one of the suppliers must have abroad product range in that area. A description of any technical deficiencies in the products in connection with the present building task.

Compensation should also be made, even if the contractor proves that the impact of the hazardous substances and materials is negligible. In these cases, if the use of a substitute substance or material will cause non-negligible differences in the technical characteristics or expenditure made an overall balance of the technical or economic impacts across the health and safety considerations. Substitution can be performed at several levels following: 1. A hazardous chemical can be replaced by a less dangerous. 2. The work flow can be changed, so the risk is eliminated. 3. The work flow can be changed, so the risks of the use of the chemical limited. 4. Chemical is replaced by a less dangerous, while the workflow is amended so that the risk in the application of chemical is limited. The contractor shall collect and maintain information about the chemical

Registration substances used by subcontracting or stored on site and ensure that they are treated in compliance with WEA rules. Be prepared a list of substances and materials contractor use or store in the workplace. The list of substances and materials are continuously updated and delivered to Site the client together with the related workplace instructions and inserted in the Manuals Plan for Safety and Health. The list must also be freely available to contractor employees. There must be personal protective equipment as prescribed in the employer's instructions. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the instructions found at the site and will be followed, settable: Workplace Instructions.

11. Paragon Site

Evidence The contractor must monitor the H&S by the means of the Paragon Site. To ensure that the described health and safety measures are working and that the of selfmonitoring health and safety procedures and instructions are followed in daily work. It is the developer decided that all contractors by OCD management will be monitoring the site safety by the PS tool. The tools must as a min. address the following areas:

Location Date Controller / Monitor Work functions with ergonomic loads Work functions with noise and vibration Risk of falls of persons and equipment /materials Risk of people being struck by equipment and materials Working with chemicals and materials, including the cutting of concrete and granite materials Working platforms / scaffolding Isolating and Markings Access, transport and evacuation routes Order and clear similarity

Purpose

The Paragon Site is a method for monitoring and documentation of site safety and standards. The company's management and staff are able to monitor the degree to which the company lives up to its own safety standard. It shows both the need for undertaking active accident prevention and partly on the company can keep the rate is set by the developer. This method helps to identify the areas where the impact of a preventive action is greatest, revealing quickly if an area is a significant deviation from the agreed safety standards. Safety instructions should be approved by developer Safety within the work begins. The activities which are to be compiled written security instructions defined by contractors and builders together (at the Coordinating Security Committee meeting) and are listed in Schedule for health and safety.

Placement of temporary railings around the roof, on the stairs and around holes that are higher than 2 meters.

13. Time and Work plans

Time

An important element of Process and time management is the PPA per cent of the Planned and Accomplished which is a target for planning the reliability and a good tool for identifying and repairing failures in the assumptions.

18

The main schedule is contract basis and developed by all major developers in Main schedule collaboration with the building management. Are held weekly schedule meetings where major contractors coordinate their lots together. Large firms are represented by the project manager and / or timing down and the developer of project manager, construction manager and process facilitator. Process Process Plan's purpose is to organize a proper process with a fair allocation of time, space, etc. sized lots. The plan says how we should build segment. Process Plan Plan is thus primarily large contractors joint strategy on how to realize the main schedule. The planning takes place in cooperation between the major contractors and his sub-contractors as needed and building management (construction manager). Weekly plans

Weekly plans are the operational plan for completion. It determines what we will do. It will be prepared for two weeks with binding effect in the first and the second as perspectives. Weekly plans contain only whole some activities. Weekly plans meeting also aimed to review last week's activities to see if everything went as planned. On this basis, calculated PPA (per cent Planned Accomplished) and causes of irregularities found and corrected). Weekly plans prepared on weekly plans meeting Friday morning of the site manager, trade contractor s and designers.

Courses OCD holds courses in safety induction. It is compulsory to attend these meetings.
