NEEDS

Candidates for following posts:

I)

III) Percentage of Marks :

1. For post at Sr.No. 1 – The candidate must be SSC passed.


2. For post at Sr.No.2 – The candidate must be HSC (Sci.) with minm.55% of Marks.

IV) Age Limit & Age relaxation :

i) For the post at Sr.No.1 - Maximum 26 yrs. as on 01.11.2008.


ii) For the post at Sr.No.2 – Maximum 29 yrs. as on 01.11.2008.

Age relaxation will be in accordance with Government Guidelines as under :

1. For SC/ST – 5yrs.


2. For OBCs – 3 yrs.
3. For children/family members of victims of 1984 riots – 5 yrs.
4. For Ex-servicemen - (As per applicable guidelines)

V) Selection

The selection procedure will comprise of personal interviews.


VI) Placement :

1. For post at Sr.No.1 – Selected candidates will be appointed in regular


employment in the scale of pay of Rs.3500-50-4200 (A-1 grade) (due for
revision w.e.f. 01.01.2007). Candidate will be initially on probation of six
months & will be confirmed in substantive post & scale of pay subject to
satisfactory performance during probation period. Selected candidates
will have to work at Hospitals & First Aid centres of RCF..
2. For Sr.No.2 - Selected candidates will be appointed in regular employment
in the scale of pay of Rs.4640-85-6510 (A-4 grade) (due for revision
w.e.f. 01.01.2007). Candidate will be initially on probation of six months
& will be confirmed in substantive post & scale of pay subject to
satisfactory performance during probation period. Selected candidates will
have to work at plants of RCF.

VII) Other Benefits :

As per rules of Company prevailing from time to time.

How to Apply :

Interested candidate shall apply in the prescribed format.

The duly completed application form along with attested copies of certificates for age
proof, caste, educational qualifications (mark sheet for all years & experience certificate
accompanied with a cross demand draft drawn on any nationalized bank (Non
refundable) for an amount of Rs.100/- (Rs.One Hundred only) in favour of Rashtriya
Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, payable at Mumbai towards application fees (No
application fees for SC/ST candidates) should reach to the office of Human Resource
Manager (Unit), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, Room No.-02, Administrative
Building, Chembur, Mumbai 400 074 on or before 5th December 2008.

General Instructions :

1. The eligible candidates will be intimated about the date, time & venue of interview by
Post and or E-mail on E-mail ID provided by candidates in the application form.

2. Incomplete/unsigned application form, form not in prescribed format, not


accompanied with Demand Draft wherever applicable and attested copies of Age, Caste
Certificate, Education proof, Experience Certificate and application received after last date
will be rejected. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard subsequently.

3. Experience Certificate in case of candidates applying for post at sl.no.1 shall have
specific mention as regards Bed capacity of concerned Hospital.

4. Application Form of candidates of SC/ST/OBC/Children & Family members of the


victims of 1984 riots without a copy of the prescribed certificate issued by the Competent
Authority will be rejected. OBC candidates are required to produce latest Non-Creamy
layer certificate.

5. The post applied for is to be written at the top left-hand corner of the envelope, while
sending the Application Form.

6. No communication (written/telephonic) will be entertained after the closing date of


the submission of the Application Form. As regards the date of interview etc., the
candidates should await the intimation from the company.

7. For appearing for the Interview, outstation candidates will be reimbursed to and fro
2nd class Rail/Bus fare by the shortest route on production of the ticket.

8. The candidate presently employed in Government/Semi Government & PSU will be


required to submit the application through proper channel.
9. None of the above posts are included in PWD(Persons With Disability) identified
posts’ list.

10. Merely applying will not entail the candidates to be called for interview. Only short
listed eligible candidates will be called for interview.
