NATIVE BACNET OVER IP: Trend can provide BACnet controllers over IP. With IP, one saves on cabling cost and BACnet provides Industry Standard Open Protocol. The competitors can provide either BACnet Controllers or TCP/IP controllers. They do not have BACnet controllers that work on IP. FUTURE PROOF: With 25 years of connectivity, Trend, as a policy, guarantees that

CONSISTENT ENGINEERING TOOLS: Trend uses the same principle and the same software to engineer the previous generation as well as new generation of controllers. Most competitors have different tools and languages for programming different series of their own controllers. ENGINEERING TRAINING: Trend will provide complete system engineering training to their partners. This means that the Trend partners do not have to pay additional money to Trend to make changes in the software engineering. Competitors will charge money for any modification in the software program and the client will always have to depend on the manufacturers support. This can prove costly and time consuming. WEBSERVER IN-BUILT INTO CONTROLLER LEVEL: Since the webserver is at the controller level, all graphics are in the controller and the user can access the same from any where in the world using Web browser as a thin client.
