I found some great bitcrusher/ring mod type sounds under FilterPong: Mix: 100% wet, a-b mix 10/10, delay times at 0 or 1 ms, slur and speed multiplier all the way down to 0, feedback 50%, filter 100 %, expression sweeping the depth between 5 and 10, and/or panning between a and b. The slur will affect the texture the more you turn it up; it sounds the most like a bitcrusher with it off, and sounds more like a ring moddy metallic reverb as you increase it. Works with all the waveshapes; triangle sounds the best at 0ms and sine sounds best at 1ms. It sounds very similar to a zvex seek wah or maybe what you might expect from a pitch factor. Try it out and play some arpeggiated chords. THE BIG DISCOVERY (other than tape sounding much better: saturation at 7, filter at 40-60) is that VINTAGE is very very usable if tweaked like this: - reduce bits to 16, set mod intensity to 14-18, speed to .20, filter to 30 or so for some nice DMM-like sounds. (Or set mod depth low and mod speed very high) - reduce bits to 12 and filter to 95-100 (each number changes the sound subtly but importantly up at the extreme settings, you can hear the "vowel" morph), increase feedback to help it speak some more, and viola: good dark and dirty DM-2-like sounds! Not sort of OK like before, now REALLY good.
I am a huge fan of what Andy Timmons does, and made a setting that took a while to make (which in my opinion is very close to his actual sound). Vintage Delay mix = 15, dry mix = 10-10, Time A = 375, Time B = 500, Feedback A = 40, Feedback B = 40, X knob = 20, Depth = 10, Speed = 0.38, Filter = 86

Vintage Delay Bits:12, Dmod:15, Speed: .20, Filter:95. Delay A: 85ms Feedback A: 1 (FB B:0) Nice dark slap for OD. Also works well with open chords (clean) to give it a little depth, very slight chorus almost. A good lead delay that plays well with OD is: Mix:50, Dly Mix A:10+ B:10, Vintage Delay, Bits:14, Dmod:0, Speed: .50, Filter:50. Dly A:300ms, FdBk A: 6 (Dly B:0). I also have the same setting in bank two but with FdBk A:35. Using this base setting, adjusting the Dmod up you can get a nice dark phaser type tone.
