Mr. Benjum considers his mother as his role model and he put all his strength and effort to achieve and complete his education. Finally he succeeded to become a neuron surgeon. Initially he performed minor but delegate operations of different patients successfully. And soon he becomes a neuron surgeon. He convinced and persuade his team members who used to help him in the performance of surgical operations. He influences them through his behavior, treatments, persuasion and making them to realize the importance of their job that saves the life of people. He was a charismatic leader and professionally a very competent and sound neuron surgeon to lead his team. Because of his competence and leadership qualities he led his team successfully to achieve his objectives. Almost all his neuron surgical operations resulted in great success and he soon become most famous neuron surgeon of U.S.A, who has risen from a very humble origin. His team mates very much influence from him and fully corporate with him in the surgical operations. They are always very efficient and effective in performing their jobs. They always seemed ready to carry out the duties when ask or require by DR. Benjum. They never seemed lazy in performing their duties. They looked happy and satisfied while working with their leader.
