Definition: Sentence is a group of word that makes complete sense

C. Statement
E.g1 : I love you so much.
: Shes very nice.
: They have been killed so long.

E. Simple Sentence
Definition: Simple Sentence is a sentence that has only one finite verb.
9. Finite verb: Finite verb is a verb that can be conjugated with the subject.
E.g1 : I am reading a newspaper
: She is a teacher
: She have been sentenced to death
: You have been sentenced to death.
: He persuaded me to spend a night with him
: He was killed on my way home because of fighting for a prostitute
: It runs to bite a cat 1uicky

E. Compound Sentence
Definition: Compound Sentence is a Sentence that has two or more simple sentences can be
joined together by conjunction or conjunctions.
E.g1 : She studies English and she studies French
: I learn as well as I work

E. Complex Sentence
Definition: Complex Sentence is a sentence that has one:[ Principle Clause, Main Clause, Independence Clause]
and one or more Subordinate Clause.
. Principle Clause is a clause that can stand alone. It means it has full meaning.
. Subordinate Clause is a Clause that cannot stand alone. It means it does not have full meaning.
: One or two girls

Definition: Compound and Complex Sentences is the sentence that can be used to join together Compound and
Complex Sentences.
E.g1 : I told my brother one problem and I also took a thing that I couldnt understand when a monk spoke to me.
2 : Her father called her back home when she and I met each other behind her house and then her mother come out to
blame me but I ignored.

3 : She has cursed me and I had slapped her face when her parents arrived.
