Executive Summary
This document shall serve as a (PROPOSAL) for the property rental website development (the project) and the associated payment terms and fee schedule between Akmal Imdad (Client) and Xavor Corporation (Xavor). This document describes the scope of work, deliverables, approach and other terms and conditions in respect of the services to be performed by Xavor for the Client. It contains the following sections:

A. Project Scope
Project Objectives
The main objective of proposing this engagement is to develop a property rental website for client. This website will provide a platform and a one-stop solution for landlords / property owners to either letting rooms & whole properties and for tenants searching for their suitable next room or property to find the suitable room/property for their choice & preferences. Following would be scope of work for this engagement
Scope
The scope of the work includes 1. Development of website corporate logo 2. Development of website including design of each page The website will have following main features, a brief detail is described below:1. For landlords (create ads and list property) 2. For tenants (search for rooms / property; browse ads and contact owner) 3. Administration panel 4. Integration with Payment gateway solution 5. Search Engine Optimization friendly architecture This website will provide a platform and a one-stop solution for landlords / property owners to either letting rooms & whole properties and for tenants searching for their suitable next room or property to find the suitable room/property for their choice & preferences. The website will have very an enrich home page that will have links to join the website for landlords, and also for tenants, list of featured ads, searching criteria, details about types of accounts and payment options, logos of the payments partners, links to external sites and blogs, privacy and security policy, etc. For landlords (create ads and list property) User profile /accounts Landlords will have to sign up and create their profile/account first to create ads and list their property on the website. There will be of two types of user accounts; a. Free and b. Premium. At the time of signup user will have option to select any type of account and after signup user can change their profile types from users dashboard. For premium accounts, there will be monthly subscription charges that user will have to pay using payment options available in the application. Free accounts will have functionality to create & post ads, post features but their contact information and messages will not be share with any site visitor and tenants. Premium accounts will have all functionality that free accounts have but they will have functionality to receive messages from the site visitors and tenants. Dashboard User can manage their profile, ads, message, etc. from the dashboard. Property ads User will have option to create advertisement of his/her property and them in the site listing. To create an advertisement, user will have to enter the location details, facilities available, room size, type of accommodation, number of rooms, availability, sharing preferences (occupation, gender, age, smoking, pets allowed , rental rate, contact details (contact details could be users contact info. in his/her profile) and terms & conditions for this. User will also have option to upload multiple images of a property. User Before posting an advertisement user will have option to preview an ad before posting it to the site.
PROPOSAL
Once posted, ad would be available for site visitors and tenants to view in multiple listing and search results. At the dashboard, there will be a complete list of ads posted by the user; user can mark different status of the ads (rented, unavailable, unpublished, etc.). User will also have option to edit a complete ad & its contents. Contact tenant & view send message replies This option would be available only to premium account holders. Option will be available on the dashboard against each ad to view the messages. Each message will be presented like a parent thread against a property ad, and all will have multiple conversations based on tenants names. User will have option to reply to any message posted by tenant to initiate or participate in the discussion. User will also have option to view some of the profile details of the tenants.
For tenants (search for rooms / property; browse ads and contact owner) Site visitors & tenants will have option to view the ads, search & find the ads based on search criteria. Search Criteria & ads listing To find a suitable property site visitor or tenant will have to search the suitable property. Home page will have basic search section and a link to advanced search section. The search will be performed based on location (town, post code), property preference (rent, room size, type of room, available for, number of room, etc.), availability (anytime, specific period, specific days in a week, etc.), sharing preferences (occupation, gender, age to/from, etc.) and other options (show ads with images, parking availability, pets allowed, DSS OK) and type of user. Search results will be presented to the site visitor / tenant in three types (Grid view, list view and map view). Advertisement detail A complete advertisement will have complete details of property, an image gallery, location on the map, a button to contact the landlord that will send a message to the landlord and bookmark buttons along with share it with friend, etc. The URL of every ad would be unique that will make website SEO friendly. Contact & send message to owner Every user will have a message box, where user can see the new messages. This option would be available only to premium account holders. User will have option to either reply an active discussion or can send a message to landlord against an ad. Option to send a message to land lord will be available in the search results as well as on the property details page. First message to the owner will be tread like a thread against a property ad and it would be a two way communication between landlord and tenant against a property ad. User will have option to reply to any message posted by landlord. Integration with Payment gateway solution Website will be integrated with payment gateway systems to process the credit cards for monthly subscription or to place an ad as a featured ad. The scope of work includes integration with one third party payment processing system for processing the credit cards. Integration API and solution will be provided by the client, Xavor will integrate it with the website, Xavor may help client to find a suitable payment provider.
Search Engine Optimization To make the website SEO friendly, all of the URL of the ads and page would be user friendly but generated automatically based on standard pattern. This could be the combination of location, keywords, type of room, title of the ad, etc. The complete search engine optimization would be considered as out of the scope of this project.

Expenses
