My name is Regan Vacknitz; I am one of the Co-Founders for A.P.A.R.T of Washington. I represent a group
of researchers located out of Auburn, Washington. The avenue of research is paranormal, supernatural and
the unexplained. We are regular “Joes” who hold regular jobs. We are not mystics, gothic, or anything other
than professional interested researchers.

We never charge for our investigations or excursions for both private residences and businesses. We provide
a full written report that is accompanied with a disc of evidence, if the evidence is present. We also never use
Ouija boards, tarot cards, or other forms of mystical communications. However, we do have psychics who
are apart of the team, who offer insight our equipment may not have. If your facilities, and employees, are
comfortable with the psychics, we will bring them with us on the investigation as part of the investigators.

As part of our ongoing research, we have mainly coordinated our investigative efforts on historical sites,
some of which we would be more than happy to provide references for. These would include:

(Bair Restaurant closed their doors on 9/07 personal reference available from the previous owners.)

We are seeking permission for our team of investigators to have access for a minimum of one evening, to
enter, set up, and conduct a thorough paranormal investigation. It would be most likely on a Friday or
Saturday evening, after tour and / or closing hours. It would be for the duration of approximately 3 – 4 hours
(or more depending on paranormal activity present), from approximately 11pm until 3 am, or times that would
be in your convenience in order to conduct the following field investigation:

1. Photography, standard and infrared, digital and 35mm, for location verification.
2. Multiple small tape recording units, placed throughout your establishment, for documentation of our efforts.

3. Multiple digital recorders, carried by the investigators, in efforts to communicate with the rumored spirits
that still roam your location.

4. Night shot camcorders/video cameras, in hopes to capture such noted spirits on our videos. We expect
this to help us with our paranormal research and understanding of the Spirit world. It will also establish base
readings so that we may be able to gauge when future readings are anomalous.
3. A few other tools, such as flashlights (for obvious reasons), compass, humidity meter, and a small hand-
held electric field sensing device, as well as our professional paperwork to record the steps as we go through
them.

Our research is dependent on clear weather, and will have to be postponed if fog, rain, high winds, snow or
other inclement weather occurs on the set date and time if the location has any holes in the location. We will
notify you of any cancellation, and if there is a need to reschedule, your permission will again be sought.

We understand, and fully respect that we will be on private property at all times, and all due consideration
will be given, so that no damage come to any part of the location, mementos, or any part of your property. If
through accident, or neglect on our part we do cause damage, we will repay you in full for the cost of
repairing it upon the receipt of damaged goods estimates. Upon arrival, we will begin documentation starting
with release of information, as we respect and keep our client’s information discrete upon request.

We each have the utmost respect for locations we investigate, and solemnly promise there will be no
intoxicant consumption, drug intoxication, horseplay, or any other disagreeable conduct, just the research as
mentioned above will be done, for the duration permitted, and on the agreed site(s). All members of our team
wear identifying badges for our protection and yours.

We will also notify the appropriate division of the local Police of the date and time of our study, if such a
request is needed, so that there won’t be any false alarms and have them understand that we are
professional paranormal researchers and we have been granted permission by the owner of the location.

We agree that we undertake this research at our own risk, and understand that this is not responsibility to
the owner of the property for any injury or damage to our team of investigators or our instruments, while on
your property. We can provide you with the signed release all our team members sign upon joining our team.

We agree to conduct the entire study out of view of passerby, and the general public, so as not to arouse
their interest.

Please give us your consideration, in this matter, if you require any other conditions to be met, we will
accommodate them into our proposal, and sign to it. Our other team investigators will disclose their names
and contact information, and sign to your terms as well, on the date of the study. We will also provide ID, if
requested.
